Maximum Bet on France at 22.5% for me, it's the most valueable bet I ve seen so far in the world cup, and goes without saying bet of the day. I garner no respect for the Japs and Koreans which according to their body types are better suited to bruce lee karate flicks, gymnastics, or the world midget cup. They were unashamedly favoured in the previous world cup, it's time they paid their dues, and with a fair officiating they stand no chance against France, it's time the vairous lees and kims got a good ass kicking. I am raising my stakes to the max 1/4 of the bankroll instead of the handicap here, france are a team choke full of talent, zidane is determined to end his career either at a high or with some respectable performances, and although anything can and often does happen in football, I can't see how this can go anywhere but the win for France.

Besides Gus Hidding, aussie coach, is no fool and his going to go into this superdefensively. This is as public a line as they can be, and I am willing to take a punt at the under 3 at pinnacle's 1.74 for 5.5%. Of course this could turn into a goal fest, as any game in soccer, but I am willing to take the risk here on some good grounds way i see it.
Fade the asians part two, with my choice of croatia who played some good football against brazil and who I think are a better team than the aussies. For me the Japs are the worse team of the world cup, the most inept, and they just don't have the body type for the game, unless kung foo kicks are suddenly allowed in the game, they will always be overpowered by opponents, I watched them with Australia and it's so easy for a team with some decent strength to muscle their way to the ball and take possesion from the japs. Besides the immense ineptness they showed at scoring missing tons of chances in their counter attacks when australia were attacking with a 10-0-0 formation, all point to Croatia. That's going to be a high bet for me for 12.5% at 1.65.
Lastly I am taking a parley with France, Croatia and Brazil at 2.7 for 3.5% of my bankroll, and another with France -1, Croatia -1 for 3.5% at 3.4.
I am not quoting bookmakers any more, but all the prices are widely available, pinnacle, the exchanges etc. etc. at some dodgier shops or some shops I might be overlooking you can even get better prices.

Plan B. As I ve suggested, get the u.s. track and field head dope coach in, and pump these guys fool of steroids, because they are fast and half decent technically wise, triple their size, have them take every hormonal supplement under the sun.
Plan C. Mixed squad. Enough with the midgets. Put 7 or 8 midgets in and stack about three sumo guys just in front of the goalpost, nothing will go through these guys, of course they ll have to lose the silly atttire, and cover their asses with some pants, but you ll be covering your ass at the back and then you can play a 3-5-2 formation, the three sumo guys bulking up the goal post. Guaranteed zero in defence, is half the game.
Any asian league officers reading these should already be seeing in me a innovator with very bold plans for their football, albeit a bit racist, nothing that a geisha or two wont fix, and should start following me around with contracts and wet pens. Hire old jackie and you ll get the world cup.
As an added bonus, will institute the following, harakire for all the player after any draw or loss, should be a bit costly for talent, but it'll add a bit of an extra motivation for players, some art of war stuff too, like getting a few of (my) geisha's to suck the opponent's powers dry the night before... I am not a racist, although I do believe that different races/cultures have diffent strenghts and witnesses, and admittedly I don't think very highly of the asians, for example I d like a black guy for the 100 m race, a european for the swimming team, and asians for the midget world cup, the game just doesn't suit them, esp. the japs, because the koreans are half decent. Well what can I say about today, it's tough blowing just about 25% of your bankroll on a single bet but nowdays I can handle it. I bet a team that went ahead on the 6th minute, dominated the game, and had a very, very clear goal wrongfully cancelled by the ref. I for once did all I could. It seems the koreans have carried on the officiating bias with them, so be it.
I was spot on with my analysis and bet on the brazilian over, and hence the win.
The croats dissapointed up front, missed a penalti and a lot of chances, and japan demonstrated once again why they are the weakest team in the world cup. Again I did all I could, if you fail from the penalti kick and can't score after creating ten to fifteen good chances, what can a punter do.
A welcome addition to my pallete where duckstaber's props that somewhat, together with the brazilian under lessened the losses.
Like I ve said before I am not giving the proper time and attention to this, but truth be told, and if I am deluding myself please someone point that out to me, I had much more than a fair share of bad luck too, I can take defeat grasiously most of the time, but having too consecutive days where the teams you bet, ivory coast and france, not getting a couple of clear penalti kicks or getting a crystal clear goal cancelled, and a third croatia missing a penalti and blowing away tons of chances is for me also an extremity in terms of what percentage of chance should be alloted to a punter.
Tough games to call for tommorow, I d bet Togo normally, but I ve been burned by the officiating which will probably side with the swiss and the tens of thousands of tourists/fans behind them, but at this price I ll have to think very hard of whether to bet the swiss or not. The total is hard to call too, valuewise the over is better.

JackDee, I have another question for you. When will they stop having tie games - meaning when will there be a shootout? That stupid Croatia and Japan tie killed me. Since soccer is new to me, I see the tie bet as the green 0 and 00 on a roulette table. You can bet on black and red, but there's always a chance that it hits green.
