Ridiculous. I never even read the offshore unless there's an interesting topic. There's like 3 Sterling threads on the front page. If you don't want to discuss racism or other issues, then don't read it. 90%+ of the threads here have no controversy at all yet everyone is drawn to the threads that do. Makes no sense from a business standpoint.

I agree. Somethings will just take their course and eventually fizzle and some will take longer. It's like your tv or radio. Move on and watch or listen to what you want. It really is that simple. I respect that there are guys that are trying to get people to be more respectful but that just isnt realistic in this age of social media.

I don't agree with defying or any mod being the judge, jury and executioner and moving threads around because they have a personal opinion of what is an acceptable thread and what is not. If no posted rules are being broken then people should be left alone (IMO)
If the entire sub forum was cluttered I would agree but it seems to me that this bickering that you speak of has been compartmentalized into just a few particular threads.
I think there is a difference in an entire sub forum taking a certain personality and just a few threads where you probably know what you are getting into before clicking the thread just by the title.
For instance If its 2AM in the morning and HBO is has on the channel guide saying "Exotic Coeds" if you don't want to see any t and a it might be a good idea to move on to the next channel.
There are plenty of "What are you eating for dinner" threads for the people not interested in the other topics.
The funny thing is there are 2/50 threads on the front page that are controversial back and forth arguments that they are talking about. 96% of the threads on page 1 are just regular conversations yet people like HarryCarry say it's becoming unreadable. He was just drawn to the controversy because the other threads have none. It's ridiculous.
Yea I have directv and I'm watching sports on channel 206, but on channel 272 they have 2 guys tongue kissing each other.
I think I'm going to cancel directv.
Some people have no concept of business.

Im saying therx when SHRINK was here was the best forum of all-time and it always will be.
Shrink understood how forums work.
He was a great business person.
He was a scum and did a lot of people wrong.
Hell he even owed me money.
But he was a smart guy that knew what he was doing when it came to forums.
