The objective of the game is to win, not destroy your opponent. It is not the coach's fault that the system is so fucked up you play your starters into the 4th up huge. Coach's used to find a way to play everyone when they were up big, now it's lets pad our starters stats when our opponent has given up.

Also, winning the heisman is a very BAD thing when preparing for a bowl game. (ie. Tebow, Troy smith, Jason white, Reggie Bush, chris weinke) all these teams lost. I pray bradford wins the heisman, he derserves it even if he didnt play a top 50 defense all year, give it to him!

There are a couple of games that they would of scored in the 100's if they hadn't let up on the weak teams.
Stoops just ran the scores up in the last couple of games because he knows that he needed the points in the polls. He does not normally do that.

He votes his team #2 in the final coaches poll (okay)
but then votes Texas Tech at #8.
WOW!!, he could have been a man and voted Texas Tech (the team that whipped his team) at least #3 or #4 but istead voted them #8.

Absolutely great point! AND, less we forget, in 2006 A&M and Texas had the same record 9-3 at the end of the season, with A&M coming off a victory against Texas. Mack brown voted Texas 7 spots higher on the final polls! This goes to show that he only believes in head to head when it benefits him.
