this post only shows that texas had those totals by the end of the 3rd quarter. I sat there myself and watched vince on the sideline for the whole 4th quarter of the 2005 big 12 championship game. Texas had 70 by the end of the 3rd quarter in that game. Vince rarely played in the 4th quarter in any of those games, thus costing him the heisman probably, as is what will happen with colt. Again, this is proving the people's point that say stoops is a classless asshole. He's played his starters until the final gun. That's classless. End of story.

OU was trying to score against Missouri to become the only college team in history to score 60 or more points 5 games in a row. When you are going for a record, go for it. Bob Stoops has more class in his little finger than Mack Brown has in his whole body. Florida/OU will be a hell of a game, but don't look for Florida to run over the sooners, won't happen.

No rule but there used to be something called sportsmanship. If an opponent was clearly beat you didn't keep the starters in and try to run up the score. At least when I played back in the 60's. Of course there were a few coaches back then that didn't mind embarrassing opponents even before the BCS days.

I agree with you. But Stoop's is just the latest example. The lack of sportsmanship is slowly but surely going to ruin major sports. I wish Stoops was an exception to the rule but he is just an example. Major sports has become the "look at me" business. Stoops and Meyer's are two of the best at that business when it comes to the teams they coach.
