All we need is a 55-50 game. Both teams have played some low scoring games but have scored in the 60's in others. I won't be shocked by seeing an under but this total is very low and all we need is for one team to play well or overtime.

Two teams that are low scoring play each other. Romania has scored 47, 53, 42, 41 and 57 while Norway has reached 32, 53, 23, 32 and 47 points. Their legs have to be tired as this will be their 6th game in a week. Hopefully, we see a 59-54 type of game that stays under. 5 Dimes and bet365 have been putting out odds for these games.

These two opened the 2013 tournament and it ended 91-87 (178 points). Taipei's other first round scores were 90-67 (157) and 84-79 (163) so based on that I like the over. Bet 365 and 5 Dimes should have these games as well as other books.

Iran won their opener vs. Japan by 66-56 after a slow start. China crushed Indonesia 105-37 and took a 34-1 lead after one quarter. Haddidi is a key player for Iran and has NBA experience. Iran doesn't shoot 3's well while China has several key scorers and made 12 3's vs. their outmanned opponent in the opener.
Iran has some young players to go with the veterans but the game will be played in China. The Philippines coach said this about China:
"For sure, China is playing with its full team and its full strength. China always wants to win the championship while playing at home," said Reyes.
Let's hope the Chinese can make some 3's and keep it close in a low scoring game.

The underdogs lost 70-53 to Jordan while the favorites beat Taipei 78-64. Singapore and Indonesia are the two bottom feeders in the tourney. W.L. Wong scored 33 and had 10 rebounds for Singapore. Singapore was able to win the SEABU tournament and qualify (only 3 teams were in it). Hopefully, the underdogs can stay within 35. GL!
