The guys without degrees argue there is no ceiling. The guys with degrees are there is one. Doesn't matter either way to me. I want everyone to be successful.

depends what field. my degree would be relatively useless in the job world if i didn't decide to propel myself into becoming a doctor. good take on success - i wish all the best to those that deserve it through hard work.

Let me elaborate with some cliff notes as to what I've said in this thread. There is a ceiling when trying to become a CEO of a Fortune 500 company when you don't have a degree meaning I'd say less than 1 percent will be hired for that position without one.
