My own response is 90% probability he will be convicted and isn't higher because imo there may be some kind of a plea

bargain he and his attorneys agree to and/or is offered which will terminate all of the trials provided a verdict has not been rendered yet.

(And one with a judge that actually told a defense attorney that a good lawyer would start preparing a defense for his client once he was under a grand jury investigation ) , he will get convicted and still be the R nominee .
