Chop - hang in there boss, if you get the urge to come back in a bit then don't worry about someone thinking you have gone against what you said, come back anyway. Sometimes you spend a few weeks away and you get the hunger and motivation to return, if not then don't force it, do as you said. I just don't want you to think you have sealed the deal for this season and would not be welcomed back by the masses if you changed your mind.

Thank you for the massive contributions to the site, never seen you handle yourself with anything but class. Good luck sir.

You infer that is was just bad luck late in games. Is that true? If so, there is no need to quit as that evens out. If you really were making such great plays and just happened to be down 50 units, no big deal.

Glad to see you go. Ever since I saw you post one side here, and the other team on the same game over on Statfox, I knew you were a fake. I would say what you're dealing with is just Karma man. And for the apology to those who lost cash on your plays. I'm sure that really makes them feel a lot better.

Ur a PRICK... Kicking a dead horse ain't cool... kickin' a man while he's down is classless.:smoking:

choptalk,

I hate to see this post because I think you are making a huge mistake.Your problem is you tried to take on the weight of bucsfan loss to the baseball forum on your own shoulders and you made too many plays a day.

I have been a forum lurker for years and I know how good you are and i know exactly what you did wrong this year.

you tried to wager for other people and had other people in mind when you were making bets. maybe your power rankings were off a little this year but you were not playing good teams instead you were always looking for "value" . when people try to be a leader they dont want to post plays with a lot of chalk and that is the biggest mistake anyone can make.the rotten myth that their is no "value" in laying chalk. look at franksters record ,every year its the same thing, people who end up on top watch alot of baseball, and know the good teams and pitchers and end up with winning years.

These people who come on here here bashing you are ,to us a phrase I heard from roxy gurl, kool aid sippers. there are alot of followers on here who are looking for a sports swami to follow, and these are the bashers. I know how good you have been in the past and I check your threads always but instinct is everything in wagering and if you post a team and I dont like it, i dont play it. its like those kool aid sippers who killed themselves following di and do in sandiego, thesebashers were blind followers.

Di and Do told them to castrate themselves and those people did it, now if you as a swami told your followers to castrate themselve,I would not do it,no way :massage: , its just like no way would I follow you on a washington nationals bet.Guys like old school and royalfan are tools, massive tools.
There is no way you can live without baseball season, just get back to wagering for yourself, wagering a few games, watching loads and loads of baseball, and finding the good teams and dont be afraid laying the chalk ,if people dont like it screw em.

every year I have been doing this, everyone says the same thing ,dont lay the chalk, find the "value" plays, and I did that for 3 years and barely broke even or would barely grind out a profit. I decided to trust my instinct, play the best teams ,the yankees, the red sox, the white sox,the cardinals, with the better pitcher that day and every year I have been living off my winnings.
Choptalk you are good and have proven that ,you just dont need to try and carry the weight of the forum on your own back. good luck buddy.
cheers

Chop - better luck next year- good run last year from what I heard- was new here this year, so did not know you- however you own up and did not run like so many on this forum do.

Enjoy the rest of your summer- and just have some fun- sometimes this shit is just not worth it in the long run!

See you when you are back for another year! Take care.

Sometimes misery loves company. If it means anything, I just went 2-14 the last week in bases and have decided to hang it up for a while too. It's kind of nice to have more time to myself.

Good luck in the future Chop.

I lost everything following you man! But hey it's okay I should of never followed you right? So cheer up man. Also alot of other guys around the forum told me not to follow you to fade you or bet the exact opposite of you so I didn't listen to them either so my fault really, but I did lose everything following your picks and I am done also. Before you go could you at least give me one last pick so I can load up on the other side please!!!

Take care Chop!

Those of you that "lost everything" blindly following his plays have no one to blame but yourselves.

its for the best

betting further while you are in the ultimate losing streak is not going to turn anything around

and the pressure of having people following your plays is probably getting a little too much

enjoy the break

back at them later in the year :103631605

bingo...

Beyond me that anyone can blame this guy for their own losses.

Just shows why you dont follow others plays.

Do your own capping. Blame yourself when you lose.
