Hey guesser...just laughing at a thread where russ told you he is independent and reads both sides of the issue....then you posted the other side of an argument from www.obamaconspiracy.org..he said he wouldn't read it. Lol....only in republican land does that logic make sense.

Yeah, that's typical. I give Russ lots of opportunities to be an equal opportunity dot connecter, and prove his "independence". He declines, every time. And then says Benghazi again.puff_>>

What he should do is what he is doing now. Not make any irrational and drastic decisions and just play this out through diplomacy.

He should be doing.......Nothing. It's none of our business. Same as Bush did in Georgia. Both are and were fools to spout off with idle, empty threats. You can voice unhappiness, deal through diplomatic channels, but threats?? Just schoolyard nonsense. Obama should have learned from Bush's empty Georgia threat, and his own empty Syria threat. Threats get you nowhere.

Lol.
He is making threats of sanctions. Putin is telling him not to because he will regret it.

Isn't Obama the same guy who just negotiated with the Iranians? How did that work out.

I would stand in line to "negotiate" with barak. It would be like taking candy from a baby.

Yes, unfortunately, he is doing everything that HE can. Maybe he should ask for help

Who cares what Putin is saying. It's the actions that matter. This isn't a schoolgirl fight. And his negotiations with the Iranians worked out well. Not sure what you are smoking.

So far, so good. We'll know more when the 6 month interim agreement expires, but so far, Iran seems to be living up to their part of the agreement, and long term talks are continuing.

Living up to their agreement? To do what, spread murder throughout the world?

  • Hagel Congratulates Israeli Defense Minister on Iranian Arms Shipment Seizure
Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel spoke with Israeli Defense Minister Moshe Yaalon Thursday and received a briefing on Israel's interdiction operation in the Red Sea that seized an Iranian shipment of advanced weapons bound for terrorist organizations operating in Gaza.
Pentagon Press Secretary Rear Adm. John Kirby said the secretary congratulated Yaalon on the operation's success and reiterated the U.S. commitment to holding Iran accountable for its destabilizing activities in the region. "Secretary Hagel made clear that illicit actions by Iran are unacceptable to the international community and in gross violation of Iran's UN Security Council obligations," Kirby added. U.S. Navy Was Secretly Prepared to Seize Iranian Weapons - Barbara Starr (CNN)
The U.S. Navy had secret orders to be "prepared to act" to stop the Klos C cargo ship carrying Iranian arms destined for Gaza, CNN has learned. The ship was eventually stopped in the Red Sea by Israeli naval forces.
American navy ships in the region secretly tracked the cargo down the Persian Gulf to the Arabian Sea and then to the Red Sea.

Guesser do you live in LaLa Land?

Iran's Secret Weapons - Editorial
The rockets that had been loaded on a freighter in the Iranian port of Bandar Abbas and were destined for Gaza, which were intercepted Wednesday by Israeli naval commandos, would have put most major Israeli cities within striking distance. The seizure of the ship is a reminder that the aims and methods of Iranian foreign policy remain unchanged despite the alleged moderation of President Hassan Rouhani.
Meanwhile, in Tokyo, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammed Javad Zarif said Iran would not close its reactor in Arak as part of a nuclear deal with the West. The only practical purpose for that reactor is to produce plutonium for atomic weapons. If the Administration won't draw conclusions from what the Iranians do in secret, is it too much to ask that it draw conclusions from what they say in public? (Wall Street Journal)

Lol, the billions that we gave the Iranians barely cleared the wire transfer and they told us that we were not going to inspect anything.
Let me ask you, are our I specters in Iran making sure that they are not enriching uranium?.....NO.

The Iranians were actually dancing in the streets when they received all that money from us.

Scott, they are living up to(so far) their agreement on stopping their Nuke program. That is a completely separate issue then them trying to supply Gaza missiles. Hopefully in the future that kind of stuff can be part of any long term agreement.
AFAIK, Closing the reactor in Arak was NOT part of the Geneva deal. Allowing Open inspections of what is going on there is. IF they are violating those terms, it will come out in the 6 month period, and the harsher sanctions will resume, which is not in Iran's best interest.

How many more billions are we going to give that dictator in a few months? Hopefully nothing because they gave up nothing for all of the money they received. There is a chance (albeit a small one) that barak learns from this colossal mistake and stops funding them once this deal runs out.

Really?

Do we have inspectors in there making sure that they are not enriching uranium? They are still enriching it. We gave them about 2 years funding in return for 6 months of them slowing down (not stopping) thier project.

Lol, you are a loon just making stuff up now, haha. The wire transfer almost failed? Too dumb for words.

Not true. They gave up advancing their nuclear weapons program, for now. And have received a miniscule lifting of sanctions for doing so.

They are subject to inspections for the 6 month period. Not US, UN. They can only enrich it to a certain grade, far below weapons grade. So far, there are no reports they are violating that. I'm willing to give the 6 month period a chance to work, and hopefully lead to a long term agreement, if it'll help prevent a war.

That's not what I said.

If you have to resort to name calling, then you already lost the arguement.

I was saying barely as in time wise (like hours after it was confirmed the money was there), not that it would bounce.

I'll wait for your apology.
