Just was screwing around on Craigslist looking at property in Tampa and Vegas.

Housing(as if I didn't know) values are dropping faster than an Iowa snowfall...........wow!

Many houses that are listed in Vegas are going for less than $80 per SQ. FT.........meaning you can roughly get a 2000 sq ft home(new) for $160,000 or less.

Would have easily doubled your money buying in Las Vegas..

Costs have gone up in the past several years but you can still rent a condo for around 500-600 bucks a month right on the beach...200,000 will buy you a nice condo....great golf courses....very good gentlemen’s clubs....you can live like a King on four grand a month....most of my friends get by on less...you definitely need air con nine months of the year...

Ask some of the old timers. ef has over 500 ghost banned. This has been going on for over eight years. BAS has banned everfreshs ghosts countless times. Hache Man has also banned him in the past.

Currently he has several active ghosts on the RX. He has a Masters Degree in lying... which you will soon see.
