You see other than flying I am a pretty brazen person and it bugs me people always assume the worst in everyone....no excuse i should have just said sorry I can't fly, I tried ...it doesn't bother me I know I am real.

triceps- single arm DB extensions work best IMO, followed by close grip bench presses.

I have that too and that's part of why I'm afraid to fly...I don't believe in after life...I wish i did, but i don't and feel this is probably it....after you have a kid man you look at life different and cherish it and try and preserve it...I was never a wild man but I am really afraid of leaving this place....f ing sucks.

I have been really healthy though, any weird pain and I am thinking 'oh shit'? I am a bit of flake to be honest...very particular.

I am a guys guy though, kids love me, old peopole love me, women well, I have 2 out of three down :lolBIG: hno:

The thing is, flying is a much less risky venture than driving to the coffee shop tomorrow morning. If you could convince your brain of something that is easily proven to be true, then you'd be fine with it. In the next 50 years, you're going to die of something. You could fly every single day of those 50 years, and it'd still be a heart attack or disease that killed you.
