I think the over abundance of political threads is hurting the offshore forum

Just a matter of principle at this point. I couldn't handle 4 years of him talking about himself. Although, you are correct... he would spend money like a mad man. Just imagine if he carried on the tradition of Presidents spending more than every President before them, we'd be up to $40 trillion in debt. That's like a dream come true for me. The economy would be booming, Trump would create so many public sector jobs. It would be Reagan on steroids. Come to think of it, if I didn't have couple thousand dollars on Hillary winning, I'd be alright with a Trump win. But I don't think he has a chance. The numbers aren't there for him. So I'm more than prepared for 4 more years of grid lock. Luckily I work in the oil industry so it doesn't really matter how much the rest of the country suffers because of the Republican Congress preventing the necessary fiscal expansion we need.

With an emphasis on the sports part, so talking about that subject in the main forum would certainly make more sense than talking about politics (especially when it is far less polarizing and the debate around here about it isn't quite the full blown AIDS that political discussion is)

For people who want to talk politics on the RX, what is wrong with a sticky/containment thread or the vibrant civics mecca known as the poli forum?

One single thread. About sports. At a sports forum. Imagine that. How easy would that be to avoid if you wanted to avoid it?
