There is no such thing as reverse racism. Definition states that reverse racism is white people being denied in favor of another race to simply justify that the race played no factor in the decision. Example both me and you are up for a job and I get the job even though we tested exactly the same but you feel I got the job simply because of the lack of black people in the office so I got the job simply because of a qualification that you couldn't possibly possess. I have also heard complaints that an all black college is a form of reverse racism just because the use of the words "black college". All a black college is a college that actually has a course or two on black history and black studies unlike your traditional college that discuss slavery in February.
