What about Orlando?
I just got back last night from the Hard Rock Universal. What a weekend, we got lucky.

I would cancel if I were you....the winds probably won't be too bad being so far inland, but the rain will be soaking and unrelenting.
What are you going to do if it pours all day? I would stay home and re-schedule. I know thats easier said then done.

Hope all Floridians stay safe.

that game is not going to happen, Governor has the entire state in a state of emergency already, now a category 5 with 175 MPH sustained winds, 215 MPH gusts, anything in the path is gone

My problem is I work for local govt & I have to be available directly afterwards. So fleeing isn't an option. Hoping badly it shifts over the days...

Hurricanes are a part of life in Florida. Like you grow up with them. Had major roof damage with Andrew but everything was ok. This one is starting to scare the crap out of me.

Stay safe everyone!! Hope Irma dies down somehow!

JustinCruise, cancel your trip and get a refund or voucher for next time, I'm sure they offer that as everything will be closed. Better to do it now than later. Also, don't put the lives at risk of your family bro. Not even something to think about.

This thing is looking like a category 6 storm

If I was in Fla, I think I might just heading for Tenn, soon

I'm seriously considering booking a room tonight in Nashville. Eat some hot chicken while riding out the storm.

Usually hurricanes are a day to hang out and get drunk. Everyone here is way more nervous about this one.
