How To Get To Heaven When You Die

Heaven and Hell are created by man to lighten his fear of death. Religion was created by man to help control the masses and explain those things that happened that they knew not the reason for. Every culture had a God or many Gods and in early civilization they were many because much was not understood. Now religion is used to control the people, to bring wealth to the churches and ministers. If there is a God we will know after we are dead, if not we will be dead and our lives ended. Fear has been used by governments and religion throughout history to control the people....the greatest fear is that of death and so the image of heaven or hell were born and dispersed to the people to give them hope and to exercise control. Everyone has the right to believe in a God or Allah, heaven and hell, Jesus Christ or Buddha or whomever....but in my opinion it is all used to control the people and make humans a little less likely to be out of control, murder, rape, pillage....and obviously has not done a very good job as those "sins" of man have gone on in perpetuity in all civilizations. Humans do not know what lies beyond death so most believe in God or some deity to have hope for a life beyond death. My opinion is that after death it is over. Live your life to the fullest and try to live your life in a way where you treat others as you would want to be treated. If we all did that the world would be a much safer and more pleasant place to live. Good luck with your dreams!

Actually Jesus was God in human form, and there were countless witnesses he did have healing power. Read your bible.

The bible has proven to be a total joke and so was the idea about jesus having any powers whatsoever. If you choose to believe it because it helps you, that's up to you.

Outside of your aversion to paragraphs, I would say this is one of the best posts in this thread.

Although there isn't a shred of evidence that any religion is correct or that any god exists, I have a feeling based mainly on a paranormal event that occurred which involved myself and two other people that there may indeed be an afterlife.
