and he was posting how he was scooping up property off ebay of all places in the 2nd inning of what will go down as the biggest RE bust of all time

would be very surprised if he had more than 5 dimes cash to his name and is probably 50 dimes or more in debt

foolish, he obviuosly had no intention, nor the means of paying if he lost

As much as I hate to say it, I have to agree. Between the ghosting, failure to reply to emails and magically reappearing as "himself" the next day, you'd have to be stupid to think that Lapdance wasn't getting free rolled.
