i would not pay...so in that sense i should be able to at least read what the other degenerates are saying at the other place that does not even have enough money to allow people that deal with earthlink to enjoy their fine site...then again maybe i could admit to being a homosexual and be granted instant access...or better yet get married and post pictures of my whore wife...decisions?

well done:grandmais

Now the winner of the bet has contacted me calling me a stiff. He has doctored HIS original email so it looks as though he gave me the correct address.

Lapdance did you doctor the email? Pretty shitty thing to do if you did.

I'm certain that you just earned quite a few votes in the douchebag contest with this post. How many months did it take for you to pay your $100 or $200 debt? And you were calling other posters here "hypocrites" a few months ago? If you want to see a "hypocrite" just take a look in the mirror Fat Ass! Go back across the street with your buddy 5 star bum and the other douchebags!

I've lost 47 pounds.. I paid my debt, just wanted to see if lapdance paid his.. Also who are you to call anyone fat?

Shouldn't Have Made a Personal Wager...
<hr style="color: rgb(253, 222, 130);" size="1"><!-- / icon and title --><!-- message -->I made a wager /w another forum member, here:

http://www.therxforum.com/showthread...=586868&page=2

Immediatly after losing I contacted him, on how I should send him his winnings. He gave me an address, and I sent him a money order via USPS /w delivery confirmation. This envelope was returned to my local post office marked "no such address". I was embarassed, because the winner of the bet thought I was BS'ing him. I sent him an email asking if the address was correct, which he said it was - so this time I sent it UPS 2-Day. Shortly after sending, I asked him again if the address was correct, because I couldn't find it on googlemaps. To this he replied, saying it was correct, BUT he quoted a slightly different address (ne63rd instead of ne3rd). I then berrated him, to some extend, as I'd put in more time dealing with the debt than it was actually worth.

Someone at the incorrect address signed for the envelope.

My feeling at that point was that the transaction was finished. I was given incorrect information twice, and once when I specifically asked it to be double-checked.

Now the winner of the bet has contacted me calling me a stiff. He has doctored HIS original email so it looks as though he gave me the correct address. So, here is what I'd like opinions on:

1) Does it matter? If you think that I should pay again, knowing that I won't see the original $150 back, just say so... And if it's concensus, I'll pay up.

2) If there are doubts about my credibility, and it makes a difference as to who gave who the wrong information I will be more than happy to give access to my Gmail account to a reputable forum member so that they can see the original (and subsequent) emails sent to me and verify my honesty in this conflict. As clearly, copying & pasting isn't a reputable way to solve this given my assertions.

Sorry to have to make such a lame post, but given the fact that I'm kind of an asshole - I don't want to wait to be accused of being dishonest and/or a stiff.

Should've heeded Wil's post.

Looks like Lapdance has another issue with a poster bet.
:think2:

you are a total ass. why would i mess around giving the wrong address to someone that is sending me money?

Maybe you could communicate with the guy and find out. It is pretty obvious why you would if you read what he says. I find it interesting because you claim you never had my address when Wil insists he sent it more than once over 2 weeks ago. I don't think you are a very bright one or email savvy, to say the least.

I don't give a damn either way, but you are currently 2 for 2 on having a dispute with a poster bet.

We all should begin to realize the futility of making a wager with another poster. I think Lapdance and myself are a good example, but this case should reinforce it as well. Heed Wil's advice people.

Happy Friday

No Shdw, I am not really back. If they want to take the challenge they know where to find me. I will only agree to do this if both parties (yes, even me) post up 100% of the money to an agreed upon source.

I hope you are having an enjoyable summer.

Gyno's level of douchery has really been rising recently.
Looks like he may be peaking at just the right time going into the tourney.
