I am quite confident that once everyone sees the picks posted (assuming they are posted), the weekly and cumulative recaps, my commentary, etc., you will
not be allowed to just come in there and fire off name calling and insults at me which are not relevant to the topic at hand.
You are wrong as usual about that, because as you say, it is the Rubber Room.
Picks along with documentation pertinent to Phil Steele/NC are a different story, and there are fundamental reasons why the moderators don't want it in the rubber room.
In time we will see if personal attacks which have nothing to do with the subject at hand are allowed in the new thread-I feel confident that they will not be.

While my views sometimes can be controversial and not popular, I have a right to state them and will continue to do so.

Just to give everyone a heads up that in about two weeks when football officially begins, the Official Phil Steele/Northcoast Picks, Tracking and Commentary Thread
will begin.
This will involve posting of the picks themselves when available(which is just about always), documentation of their weekly and cumulative records, how
the service itself recaps its records(such things as how honest they are, what they omit, spin, etc) as well as what their promotions
are for that particular week and objective commentary about it to consider based on above.
The reason for all this is so that you can decide for yourself what you think about this service if you want to and/or are considering
purchasing these plays if for some reason they are not posted for free, which is pretty rare.
The Late Phone Plays, which are their strongest plays, are what will be featured, documented and commented upon, although their lesser plays such as the Marquees,
opinions will be posted also when available with attached commentary.
Also very importantly, having read the rules carefully, it sure looks like personal attacks upon me will not be allowed, and anyone so doing will be warned and
removed from the thread if they do not comply.
In the meantime I will continue here in this thread with the NFL Preseason Picks and related commentary only(as stated previously, while
I will post the Preseason Picks, I don't do any overall tracking of the records, but will recap how NC recaps its records,
as well as their prices for them and for the upcoming season, most of which is tied to buying a PowerSweep Subscription.

I just called comp. line, and once again Todd, the Comp. guy was frank and honest and stated that the Pitt play was either a win, tie or a win depending on when someone played the game.
The Sports Monitor graded the game as a winner.
And no one can argue with Todd's advice to get down on these games early as the lines can and do move.
Other than that nothing worth noting re: football.
