Alright gentlemen, I'm bored so riddle me this...

Late night equivalent of truth or dare or some lame shit like that. And this has to do with a significant other, not Monopoly or some shit.

Both done it and regretted it and done it and not regretted it.

My Ex-wife was cool, her deal was I just couldn't fall in love with someone else.

A lot of it depends what kind of emotional attachment you put on sex.

Lets keep this ball rolling is it worse for a significant other to have a meaningless romp with someone else or have a intimate relationship with someone else...something that could be considered an Emotional Affair but no sex is happening.

I like what you're saying here. I feel that the emotional attachment would be far worse because then that person actually means something to your significant other. So I'd say a meaningless romp would be easier to take in a way.

I think that chicks would think it is worse to have an emotional attachment with someone else. That is the way they work.

I noticed how I am always the bad guy and you are the good guy. We are obviously completely different people. You cheat, get tattoos, do a lot of drugs, hang out at gay bars. Maybe you are wrong sometimes? You are divorced, at least once, so maybe this sleep-around with any girl I want and not worry about any consequence type lifestyle isn't always the best? This swinger-type marriage seems like the most destructive thing possible. I wonder what its success rate is.

I think you need to become more grounded and I need to open up a little bit.

people cheat for different reasons. Some can do it and actually strengthen their relationship because of it. Other do it because they have self control problems.

Sometimes temptation is just too great especially when alcohol or other drugs are involved. If a good looking young girl wants to seduce you then 95% of men would be powerless to stop her. Anyone who disagrees with this has not had it happen to them.

Do you have a GF or wife, WVU? I'd really like to strengthen your relationship.

Haha, the natural RR turn to ridiculous fighting. However I do agree that a very large percentage of men would have very little chance of not cheating if a hot younger girl seduced them.

I've seen a lot of life and most of the things you are envious of are in the past, I wouldn't be an advocate of how I've lived my life to anyone but that being said Would I trade my life experiences for anyone else's? Not a chance.

RE: Marriage - More than half fail, maybe it's time to abandon the concept, it's not baseball where 1/3 = all star.

I don't think it's so much that I'm the good guy to your bad guy, I think it's more of Me - Guy who doesn't care about other peoples shit to you an uptight bigoted Douche bag who feels the need to tell people how to live their lives with out actually having much experience living your own.

But thats just my humble opinion.

Don't take this as an insult because it's supposed to be that touchy-feely
introspective stuff that you like, but have you done some hard core drugs in your life? One of my friends used to be pretty reserved, then he tried acid/shrooms and now he wants to experience everything possible in life.

On a different note, don't you have a daughter that doesn't live with both parents? Did you know divorce causes more stress on a child than death of a family member? I hate when parents put their wants ahead of their children. In my mind, divorced parents are knocked down a step on the totem pole. If you are divorced and have kids you failed; PERIOD.

And to make it worse, it's not like you or her changed drastically, you were a ticking timebomb to begin with sleeping around with all these different people and then expecting a happy family.

Failed at what? At Marriage, sure, as a parent not on your life. So how are your kids doing? Your Wife? Your Career? Your 21st birthday? My friend lets chat in a decade when you've lived life outside of the glass elevator.
