Post #35 "They knew (Steelers players+fans) the one QB was out there that could easily beat them."

My post (paraphrasing) "Well Tomlin didn't know or seem to think that because he would've then gone for it on 4th and 1 with 2:10 left." Which I would deem the correct thing to do. He had too much faith in his defense vs Brady. And not enough faith in Leveon Bell getting 1 yard.

Ok, just checking :)

Where is the indisputable evidence that the ball hit the ground?

The call on the field was completed pass, and James stood up with the ball in his hands. He had control.

On what evidence do they overturn that?

the replays actually show the ball rotating in his hands when it hit the ground, making it easy to see he lost control

It's simple. Make the catch and you won't have a problem. Players seem to change their mentality around the goal line.

this, if he doesn't stretch out he it's a completion and he still may fall back into the end-zone. Not sure why the refs would wait until THAT MOMENT to fix the game, that's kinda silly (a push in most circles too)

I wouldn't pay them the money, because they didn't do their job and they got lucky

if james doesn't try to extend his arms to get the ball across the goal line, then he easily
makes the catch and the ball might of even crossed the plane before he was touched.

What can you say?
It is a $15 billion-dollar enterprise that needs 3 paragraphs to explain a catch. It is an increasingly crappy product run by a bozo.

I understand that you can’t use the ground to aid the possession, but what happened here is not losing possession. This is insane.

Exactly! On Bell fibe TV which allow pause and rewind in 4K, no clear evidence ball hit the ground! It was bobbled but his hand was underneath the ball. Originally called a TD, need 100% clear proof ball hit the ground not just bobbled! Joke of a league.

Everyone in the nation saw the ball hit the ground except two guys on the Rx

The ball was boobled, didn't hit the ground......& every week in the NFL a receiver catches the ball, dives for the goal line & its a TD......just admit it, refs have to much say in these retarded situations & instant replay should be banned.

I say whatever the refs calls on the field should stand because replay does nothing but make the situation worse more than not.

Your lying or blind....

Replay is way over used IMO, but I do believe it fixes shit WAY more than it ruins it.

Definitely a bit ironic that Jesse James would get robbed.

I just thought of that too.

Forget about the no catch......It`s all about Big Ben.

the third and final replay on this video clearly shows the ball on the ground and and rotation which proves he did not maintain control through contact with the ground

it was the correct call, which is becoming the consensus in the football universe

hate the rule if you must, but it's the rule and combined with high definition slow motion replays these types of calls are made each and every Sunday, just not with 7 seconds left

I sometimes disagree with the assessment that the receiver never established himself as a runner, like in the Dez Bryant call in the playoffs vs GB that eliminated Dallas a couple of years ago, but it can't be argued Jesse James established himself as a runner yesterday

The fake spike was the stupidest idea ever. Of course Clown Coach said after the game he had no problem with it.
