Right. They simply "didn't know"...which would be different and inconsistent with what we've seen from every other presidential campaign that has ever occurred in this country in the TV era.

Do you know how tightly screened the people are who sit directly behind these candidates? They are placed and then moved around for reasons of diversity and eye appeal. To believe that this guy (who is well-known to both the FBI and other security agencies who were present) simply showed up unannounced and strolled into a seat right behind her? Not only that, he was allowed to use his cell phone during the event? It's as ludicrous as saying "Yeah, I was at an NFL game last week, wandered onto the field in the second quarter, and the ball was snapped to me instead of the QB. I even threw a TD pass on the play and nobody really noticed."
If you choose to deny that this guy was known to team Grandma, I know where you can buy a privately owned and secured server used by an ex-State department official...
Im gonna try to slow this down.....because you aren't getting it. When talking about campaigns that I've run and been involved with.....these kind of optics were not an issue. You didn't have events like this.
Obviously they didn't know....a candidate and their campaign does not go to an event and say " let's see how we can lose votes today". Well, we can put a terrorist in the cameras eye....how's that?
it was a staffer mistake and they didn't know who he was. To think they planned this is beyond foolish. Put aside your hate for dems and put common sense first. Then you might see it.
Of course the one's who could be seen on TV are screened. How could they not recognize someone who was a speaker at their convention. Trying to defend this one tells you everything you need to know about those who do. They defend everything connected to Hillary instead of connecting the dots. The Clinton Foundation gave him and his law firm $375K on top of everything else. And Hillary avoided answering a direct question as to why he was there. Someone cleared him to be where he was and the cameras focused on him several times. Oh I forgot, what difference does it make LOL.
