You made me look so "silly" you've been reduced to lying about your own posts.

So you never said this? Hahahahahaha!! That was a funny convo. It beat out the conversation where you were having trouble with basic division. Poor fella.

Your level of stupid can not be made up.

Mutual funds are liquid assets.

Idiot.

Uh, you don't need to "liquidate" a liquid asset

Idiot.

The fact you think billionaires would waste their time dealing with Shelly Sterling if they thought a sideshow was going on and she couldn't sell the team is the most hilarious part.

Notice how this comically dumb response simply does not address the issue of how this silly little kid ignores facts that prevent the silly kid from being "right"

Gee, I wonder why he did that?

Oh well. The Clippers won't be sold by June 3rd and this dope is here boasting about being "right" by ignoring the statements of the lawyer for the owner of the team.

People with "real world Knowledge!" (who even writes they have "real world knowledge" anyway?) do that sort of thing all the time.

Uh, no you didn't.

You actually beclowned yourself.

It wasn't the 1st or last time.

Uh, yes, I did, and if you can show otherwise, I'm all ears, Pittsburgh Putz. Plus, I notice you carefully avoided responding to my final 2 sentences, maybe you "overlooked" it:

The reports, the people putting in bids, and B of A are all wrong, but YOU are right. You're not TOO delusional, are you?

Hey Idiot.

I never said those things.

I already responded to your stupid drivel by pointing out you can't read.

Pointing out you actually can not properly type out what "sold" means isn't an "argument of semantics"

It means you're stupid.

But by all means, genius, run around telling everyone your house is "sold" because someone told you they would pay $400,000 for it.

Oh, you don't own a home.

Never mind.

Like I said, purely semantics. You can informally use the word "sold" to describe an agreement on a price. Like if you are selling your car and someone calls up saying they want to buy it and you agree upon a price, you can tell people you sold your car even before the transaction takes place. Not really that big of a deal except to Internet nutjobs who are desperate for anything to fight about because they get abused so bad. So if Sterling and Ballmer agree on a price, you can loosely use the word sold.

Except I never said that any "reports" or "people putting in bids" were "all wrong"

Again, you can not read.

Why do you come here other than to show everyone else that you are a moron?

You are laughably and completely wrong.

"Informally"

Hysterical.

Kind of like when you used "willfully"

That was quite funny.

Hysterical.

Your home is "sold" even if the purchasers don't show up for the closing!

Who knew?!!

Like I said, you are desperate to prove I'm wrong about anything because of how badly I beat you. Any time a price is agreed upon by two parties, you can informally use the word sold.

Disagree big time. I've owned and sold a few houses and those deals are not done until the contracts are signed and money exchanges hands. An agreed upon price between two parties isn't worth the toilet paper you wipe your ass with.

Back to the semantics circle jerk I see.

Hey I tried to keep it about Sterling, but whatever I say, this Acebb guy will take the argument in some ridiculous direction. I'm an informal debater and don't take things so literally. I'm looking to argue about the Sterling situation, I don't care if you say the word sold when it might technically be "pending" or something. Just ridiculous.

Lol, yes... the formal usage of sold would be when the closing is complete. Informally on a message board or talking with your friends you can say you sold it when the price is agreed upon. It's really not that big of a deal.

I would say "selling" with my boys not "sold" until I had money but that's just me. If you say "sold" when it wasn't then the deal falls through, your boys think you look like a douche bag.
