Lmao!! He can sue for whatever he wants. If he feels the NBA forced him to sell, which they are... regardless of if he does it on his own or not, he can sue the NBA for those losses. The fact you think he can't is hilarious. Out of your league bro. I think he'll lose regardless though and that's why he'll sell the team first.

File a case without merit isn't a genuine suit. Do you not understand the difference, it will get dismissed before even having a motion for discovery being set.

It does have some merit and the court would definitely review it. The fact you think that if he chooses to sell himself before the June 3rd deadline that he waives any right to sue the NBA for forcing him to sell his team is hilarious. Outright nonsense. He can definitely still make the claim the NBA forced him to sell whether he does it on his own or the NBA does it for him.

NOT for capital gains losses. He could have withheld the sale, which hasn't even occurred yet.

I refuted anything written in "the other thread," Asshole, but I'm sure that "slipped" your mind. The reports, the people putting in bids, and B of A are all wrong, but YOU are right. You're not TOO delusional, are you?

Uh, no you didn't.

You actually beclowned yourself.

It wasn't the 1st or last time.

Lol, you truly are desperate if you are arguing the definition of "sold".

I'm not "arguing the definition"

I'm pointing out that you are using in a comically dumb way. Mainly because you are not that bright and a documented liar.

Except I never said that any "reports" or "people putting in bids" were "all wrong"

Again, you can not read.

Why do you come here other than to show everyone else that you are a moron?

I feel sorry sometimes for the beatings he takes. Poor fella. Wish I had that resiliency. I hate being wrong and if I was as wrong as he has been on so many issues, I would probably second guess my thought process. But you know he'll be back. Dude is so used to the beatings he craves them now.

Except I'm not "wrong"

You can't point out any post where I am 'wrong'

For you to be "right" you are:

1. Lying

2. Ignoring facts demonstrating you are not "right"

3. Misrepresenting your owns posts.

People that are "right" do that sort of thing all the time.

PS: I will be you or anyone reading any amount of money the LA Clippers will not be sold by June 3rd.

Sold has a meaning. Since you do not know what it is (because you have like all this "real world knowledge!!") I suggest you look it up.

Lol, of course he can sue the NBA for capital gains losses if he is forced to sell the team. Whether he agrees to sell it himself or allow the NBA to do it for him he is being forced out of the league and to relinquish ownership in his team.

You are wrong all the time. You never admit it and then you just move on to your next lies. It's pretty crazy how often you are wrong, lol. Right up there with Wrong Way Willie.

Note this is "right"!

Shelly Sterling, who has been given authority to sell the team by husband Donald Sterling, and her advisers will vet and separate the strongest bids over the next few days with the goal of completing what one source described as "an accelerated process" by Monday.

But this is "not right"

"I don't know what agreement she has with him, but I'm saying to you today, he disavows anything she's doing to sell the team," Blecher said. "He says, 'It's my team, and I'll sell it when and if I get around to it.'"

Why?

Well, just because.

Oh, wait. Someone who has never sold a business, gone to law school, or negotiated any sort of business deal (not to mention has never had a real job) say so.

Never mind.

Shelly Sterling is agreeing to sell 100 percent of the team, according to sources, an important condition for the NBA.

The fact that you think this was worth highlighting is quite funny.

You actually believe it supports anything you've said.

You are just desperate because I make you look silly so much that you have to start these frivolous arguments over semantics. It's quite funny to watch. Like how you called me an idiot for knowing you can liquidate a mutual fund, lol.

You made me look so "silly" you've been reduced to lying about your own posts.

Pointing out you actually can not properly type out what "sold" means isn't an "argument of semantics"

It means you're stupid.

But by all means, genius, run around telling everyone your house is "sold" because someone told you they would pay $400,000 for it.

Oh, you don't own a home.

Never mind.

The fact you think billionaires would waste their time dealing with Shelly Sterling if they thought a sideshow was going on and she couldn't sell the team is the most hilarious part.

The fact that you would pretend I ever said that is quite funny.

Of course you're so "smart" that you constantly respond to things nobody ever said.
