The fact that you are pathetically pretending this is responsive shows the world how dumb you are

Remember He's going to give up with out a fight.

:pointer:

Yes, to selling the team. The owners have not voted yet, lol.

Blecher's letter makes clear what many have anticipated: Donald Sterling will not go down without a fight and that he is taking active steps toward litigation. A letter of this type is considered a precursor to the filing of a lawsuit. Blecher's letter offers no ambiguity about Sterling's intentions.

Haha, so the owners voting is not relevant to whether Sterling will be forced to sell or not?

He isn't talking about Sterling being forced to sell. You were convinced Sterling would go down without a fight and that whatever lawyer he went to wouldn't take his money but would instead tell him it's not worth the fight. You were wrong. Just admit it and move on. It's not a big deal.

This isn't relevant to anything.

You said Sterling has "given up"

You said his lawyers will tell him not to fight.

Yet:

Why wouldn't Sterling fight and tie this up in the courts for years?

That recording was illegal.

Not changing the subject at all. The entire thread was about Sterling being forced to sell his team. The owners haven't even voted yet.

Actually, you're pathetically trying to pretend that you saying "he will go down without a fight" doesn't mean what it says.

Of course everyone reading expected as much from you.

Let me know when the owners vote and what he decides after that. Not sure how you don't comprehend what we were arguing about. Lmao.

I think you should go on pretending that "his lawyers will tell him if you fight you will lose, " only applies to after the owners vote or something.

Look, you're a dumb little kid who says dumb little kid things.

You can just admit you were wrong and move on.

The owners have not voted. You do not know what Sterling will do after the vote.

He may or may not sue in an attempt to block the sale. This could all be posturing on Sterling's part. Impossible for any of us to know. In that sense, I'm not sure why these guys are declaring victory over you as if it is certain. It does look as though you were wrong though. I do think you are absolutely wrong about his lawyers advising him to sell rather than fight. No chance they pass up 7 figures in legal fees. Another reason it's hard to see that happening, Sterling is a lawyer himself, I don't see the advice of another lawyer swaying him either way.

He can't do that.

He won't do that.

Instead, he'll pretend his comments only matter if the owners have voted. As if this whole precursor to litigation isn't about the vote.

Nobody is claiming Sterling is fighting only about the fine but you.

You are pathetic.
