[h=1]'He steamed out of the room': The moment Trump walked into Nevada caucus site and drew yuuuge crowd away from Cruz endorser Glenn Beck[/h]
  • Radio host Glenn Beck was speaking on behalf of Ted Cruz at a Las Vegas caucus site Tuesday night
  • Donald Trump walked in, not known Beck was at the microphone, and most of the crowd rushed to see him
  • Beck hurriedly finished his remarks and sulked off the stage
  • Trump said there were 'not too many people listening to him – he's not a good guy to listen to. Frankly, he's boring'

Donald Trump left Glenn Beck with egg on his face Tuesday night during a Nevada Republican caucus when he crashed a speech the talk radio host was giving in support of rival Ted Cruz.
The GOP front-runner walked into the gymnasium at Palo Verde High School in Las Vegas while Beck was singing Cruz's praises.
But as soon as word spread that Trump was there, most of the audience – and all the network TV cameras turned away from Beck and scrambled to chase him down.

MAKE AMERICA INTERRUPT AGAIN: Donald Trump crashed pro-Ted Cruz speaker Glenn Beck's speech and started one of his own at a Nevada Republican caucus site in Las Vegas on Tuesday night

WHERE DID THEY GO? As Beck was waxing on about Cruz and the U.S. Constitution, he was left hearing crickets

HURRICANE DONALD: Beck looked on as The Donald overshadowed his big moment

'America was great,' Beck was saying, 'not because of a president, but America was great because of two reasons: the Constitution of the United States and that its people were good. We have almost lost our country and our Constitution!'
But that was the last line anyone could hear as chants of 'Trump! Trump! Trump!' rang out alongside loud cheers – in the back of the room, where Trump was holding court.
And a tweeted photo from a Mashable reporter shows a bewildered Beck left listening to crickets as his audience fled to the other side of the gym.
MSNBC, which happened to be broadcasting live from Palo Verde at the moment Trump entered, showed a camera shot from the top of the bleachers as people swarmed from one side of the gym to the other.
'We are going to have hopefully a historic night,' Trump said as someone handed him a microphone and Beck wrapped up with few staying to hear him. 'I appreciate everybody being here. I wanted to be here myself and say a few words.'
The real estate tycoon had said on Twitter that he would show up 'at various caucus sites' through the evening, but he didn't tip his hand and provide any locations.
Trump also appeared at a few Iowa caucus sites to speak on his own behalf. Candy Carson spoke at Palo Verde to support her husband Ben.

PHENOMENON: Trump draws massive crowds wherever he goes

On 'Fox & Friends' Wednesday morning, Trump said he hadn't intended to disrupt Beck's pro-Cruz speech.
'No, I didn’t, but when I walked in I saw that he was on the podium, and there were thousands of people in the room – not too many people listening to him.'
'He’s not a very good guy to listen to, frankly. He's boring,' Trump jabbed.
'Everybody told me the place went crazy' when he entered, Trump explained.
'They all ran away from him, his whole crowd. And he was standing up there talking to nobody, and he steamed out of the room,' he said.
'And I didn’t do it on purpose, but I happened to be there, and we had such – I bet 95 percent of the people in the room, in that particular area, went with us.'
Trump won the statewide caucuses with 46 per cent of the vote. Florida Sen. Marco Rubio was second with 24 per cent, and Cruz took the political bronze medal with 21 per cent.

'I think there's a bombshell in there': Mitt Romney lashes out at Trump for failing to release his tax documents... before The Donald hits back and calls him a 'fool'

  • Former presidential candidate lashed out at the GOP frontrunner
  • He thinks Trump hasn't paid taxes or paid less to vets than he claims
  • Romney was the subject of almost identical accusations in 2012

former presidential candidate said he believes the GOP frontrunner is hiding a 'bombshell' in his personal finances, such as failing to pay taxes or giving less to veterans than he claims.
Speaking to Neil Cavuto on Fox News on Wednesday, Romney said Trump has repeatedly 'dodged' and 'delayed' questions about his taxes.
Trump hit back hours later on Twitter calling Romney a 'fool', referring to the 2012 candidates own embarrassment over unpaid taxes which came to light during his campaign against Obama.

The dispute comes as Republicans eagerly await to hear who Romney plans to endorse for the nomination.
He shut down reports he planned to endorse Marco Rubio - a rumor stemming from two Republican sources speaking to the Huffington Post this week - despite Trump's clear lead in the field after winning three of the four primaries so far.
Neither Cruz nor Rubio have released taxes during the campaign. However, both had to publish tax details when they ran for Senate.

Attempting to deal a blow to Trump's emboldened position after the Nevada primary, Romney told Cavuto: 'I think we have good reason to believe that there’s a bombshell in Donald Trump’s taxes. I think there is something there.
'Either he is not anywhere near as wealthy as he says he is or he hasn’t been paying the kind of taxes we would expect him to pay or perhaps he hasn’t been giving money to the vets or the disable like he has been telling us he’s been doing.
'The reason I think there is a bombshell in there is because every time he is asked about his taxes he dodges and delays and says, "Well, we’re working on it."

'Hey we’re not talking about the taxes that are coming due this year.
'Of they're working on those, they won't be ready for months. We are talking about taxes already filed, back taxes.'
Trump replied on Twitter: 'Mitt Romney, who totally blew an election that should have been won and whose tax returns made him look like a fool, is now playing tough guy.'
Romney's taxes became headline news in 2012 when Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid accused him of hiding his own bombshell.
Reid did not back up his theory that Romney hadn't paid taxes in 10 years.
Nonetheless, his accusation gained significant attention.

What about Bloomberg for VP?

Could be wrong, but I don't think Rubio would jump at the chance to be Trump's VP. It's just a huge risk with such a high variance candidate. The ticket could lose and he is just blackballed from that point on. He is still only 45, can run again in 2020 or 2024, could run for a Governor spot, etc

How many times has the nominee just gone with the runner-up? Not many times in recent history.

You are an under rated poster here if not a great one

You’re not wrong but I don’t agree with your reasoning. Well some of it I do. (He is still only 45, can run again in 2020 or 2024, could run for a Governor spot, etc)

The reason he won’t be Trump’s VP is Trump won’t select him.

Trump is high rolling because of his outsider, no holds barred, fuck Washington attitude. Rubio doesn’t fit that mold.

Maybe someone with a military background, Petraeus?

Maybe a Governor from a swing state, Rick Scott?

I have no idea who Trump will select but I pretty sure it will be non establishment.

To some extent I agree but who else is out there. I could see a Trump Rubio selection having a chance

I like Christy for VP but I think whoever Trump picks will be a total surprise but also highly competent to take over in case something was to happen.....Maybe it will be Carl Ikon he talks about all the time...

What about Bloomberg for VP?

I don't think Trump is gonna make big gulp sizes part of his platform. He is 74 and worth 45 billion dollars so he likely isn't looking to be VP.

In all seriousness, he is very socially liberal. Big gun control advocate, pro-choice, gay-marriage, etc.

He is a strong fiscal conservative but that wouldn't overshadow all the other stuff.

[h=6]FEBRUARY 25, 2016 -[/h][h=1]TRUMP COURTS EVANGELICAL VOTE AT REGENT UNIVERSITY[/h]
Fresh off his Nevada caucus victory, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump set his sights on Super Tuesday, campaigning in Virginia Beach.
Trump spoke before a packed theater at Regent University as part of the university's Executive Leadership Presidential Candidate Forums series.
Click play to watch Heather Sells' updated report.
"We owe $19 trillion -- most people don't even know what a trillion dollars is, how many hundreds of millions is in a trillion," Trump said. "It's such a number that, it's a name that 10 years ago you never even heard the word trillion, but we owe $19 trillion."Click play to watch Trump answer Dr. Robertson about what he'd do with the power of Executive Order.
"A very bad budget was passed just about four weeks ago that's going to add at least $2 trillion to it. So we'll be up essentially to $21 trillion, and at a certain point it's really the point of no return. And you really have to have somebody that knows what he or she is doing," he said.
Robertson wanted to know if President Trump would have a litmus test for those he'd nominate to the Supreme Court.
"In your selection as president, what criteria would you use to pick somebody?" he asked.
"Pro-life. We want-- It starts with that, starts with it. A very conservative, a very, very smart, I mean like Judge (Antonin) Scalia would be a perfect He was a perfect representative," he said.
Watch Trump's response below.
"I've always said that Justice (Clarence) Thomas doesn't get enough credit. He is a wonderful man, a wonderful guy (applause) and I've always said Judge (Samuel) Alito is a terrific guy. So, in that realm is what we're talking about for me," Trump explained.
Trump also addressed the President Obama's signature healthcare law.
"We're going to get rid of Obamacare," Trump said. "Obamacare has turned out to be a total disaster."
He also fielded questions about the Iranian nuclear deal in the country's involvement in Iraq.
"I didn't want to go into Iraq; it was one of the worst decisions ever made," Trump said. "We lost $2 trillion, thousands and thousands of lives -- thousands of lives. We have wounded warriors who I love all over the place, and what happens? Iran is now taking over Iraq."
"When you think of how Iran is doing lately, right? Between the Iran deal, we give them $150 billion -- we got nothing for it," he said. "We should have gotten our prisoners back long before we started negotiating...(Secretary John) Kerry - this is the worst negotiator I think I've ever seen."
In addition, Trump did not mince words when talking about his political rival and Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.
"Boy, did you ever see anybody so nice to the president, though? 'Oh, the president is wonderful,' she says. 'Oh, the president, he's great... You know why she's doing that, right? You know why? I know why. Boy, oh boy, she's become like a marshmallow."
Trump also addressed President Obama's liberties with executive orders, accusing the president of resorting to them because he's not been effective in dealing with Congress.
"You're supposed to get the congressmen in, the senators in; you're supposed to make deals," he told Robertson. "I deal in politics in other countries cause we're building all over the world. And we have jobs going up all over the world -- a lot of jobs. But I have never seen division like you have now."
"The country is so divided, whether it's African American, white, congressman, Democrat, Republican. I mean it's just like we have a whole divided country. I've never seen anything like it," he said. "But we used to see, and I used to be part of Democrats and Republicans having dinners together with their families and their wives, and it was a nice thing. There'd be combat the next day, but there would be -- they'd get along -- and they'd get things done."
"So today we have a president that can't get anything done, and he signs executive orders," he said.
He said he's first reverse Obama's orders on the Second Amendment and his orders involving immigration.
With 49 delegates at stake, Virginia is an important state for candidates to secure enough delegates to win the Republican presidential nomination.
Trump and others know that making an appearance with CBN Founder and CEO Pat Robertson at Regent University will help their efforts to win the votes of evangelicals, which will be one key to securing victory in the state on March 1.
Regent University has already hosted presidential candidates John Kasichand Jeb Bush, who ended his bid after a poor showing in South Carolina.
Ted Cruz will make an appearance at Regent on Friday, Feb. 26 at 7 p.m., followed by Ben Carson on Monday, Feb. 29 at 2 p.m., the day before Super Tuesday. CBN News will be streaming both events live.

I read that Rubio isn't gonna go after Trump tonight. Knows his support is granite rock solid so he is gonna go after Cruz to try to get him out of there and consolidate. Cruz similar strategy....

Makes sense I guess.

Former Mexican president: 'I’m not going to pay for that f---ing wall’

By Mark Hensch

Former Mexican President Vicente Fox says his nation will not pay for Donald Trump’s proposed border wall.

“I declare — I’m not going to pay for that f---ing wall,” he told Fusion's Jorge Ramos during an interview Thursday. "[Trump] should pay for it. He’s got the money.

“This nation is going to fail if it goes into the hands of a crazy guy,” Fox added of the U.S. "Democracy can’t take us to crazy people that don’t know what’s going on in the world today.”Fox said he was shocked by exit polls from the Nevada GOP presidential caucuses showing some Hispanic support for Trump.

“It worries me, this last caucus in Nevada,” he said. "[He won] 44 percent of Hispanics. I’d like to know who those Hispanics are because they’re followers of a false prophet.

“He’s going to take them to the desert,” Fox continued. "If they think they would benefit from an administration led by Donald Trump, they are wrong. Please, you Hispanics, Latinos in [the] U.S., open your eyes. It’s not to defend our race. It’s not to defend our creed. It’s to defend this very same nation that is hosting you.”

Fox added that Trump lacks any real political ideology and only represents self-promotion.

“What is Trump?” he asked. "He’s not a Republican — absolutely not. Those are not Republican principles. He’s [also] not a Democrat. He is just himself — egocentric.”

Fox is not the first Mexican leader to reject Trump's call for a border wall.

Former Mexican President Felipe Calderón said earlier this month that his nation would not pay “a single cent” for the barrier.

Trump has repeatedly insisted that as president, he will make Mexico pay for a border wall.

Will a wall even work? I can see putting it near major highways or high volume entrance areas but the entire border seems unnecessary.

It seems like as long as Americans have an affinity for drugs then the bad intentioned Mexicans are going to find a way to get here. Or atleast the drugs are.

As far as the good Mexicans that just want to work, E-verify helps cut down on them. Arizona immigration has gone down since they made E-verify mandatory.

"I'll build a wall" is a slogan for border security.

Effective border security is doable. A wall in certain areas, ramp up aerial surveillance and border agents, enforce existing laws etc.

What's lacking is the political will. Ted Cruz has the best and most effective immigration plan. That's why he's the top rated candidate at numbersUSA.

Mexico will pay for the Wall. No question about that.

To regain control of our border, a Cruz Administration will:

    • Build a wall that works. The unsecured border with Mexico invites illegal immigrants, criminals, and terrorists to tread on American soil. Millions of people from all over the world, including from hostile nations and terrorist havens, have been apprehended at our southern border – and many who make it through are never caught. This is a failure of the highest order. I will fulfill the promise Congress made to the American people almost 10 years ago by completing all 700 miles of priority fencing along the U.S.-Mexico border, and dedicate the resources necessary to replace all single-layer fencing along the U.S.-Mexico border to build a fence that keeps people out and that is technology-supported and law enforcement-accessible. If other nations, such as Israel, can build an effective border wall, the United States certainly can.
