As JDeuce pointed out, so many of these elections and primaries are event-driven. There are things that will happen between now and election night next Nov nobody can predict. Like the financial collapse in 2007, which pretty much gift-wrapped the election for the party not in power.
What a difference a year makes in politics. One year ago, Bush and Walker were slam-dunk front runners and a divisive, partisan bomb thrower like Ted Cruz was considered the least likable and popular option - or so went the gaystream media and RINO narrative. Then along came Donald Trump and all hell broke loose!
This why we have primaries, folks. As opposed to the Jackass Party that decided it would be a great idea to have a coronation instead.
