The video was edited, we don't even have the full conversation in context. A lot of people wouldn't have said what she said but if being given a hard time by a tow company they would likely get nasty as well. This company seems to have a poor track record in Arlington.

I have a friend in Congress. He wasn't a bad guy or anything. But as soon as he got elected, he stopped texting anything personal whatsoever. I barely know the guy anymore. I'm sure they read every text message and could easily blackmail anyone for anything. This is the new reality. Public figures have to be on their best behavior at all times. If you are a celebrity and you get overserved by one drink, someone is gonna know about it tomorrow.

I'm not saying the full video is gonna make this chick look like a million bucks but that does seem a bit suspicious they just release it edited. People get mad and they say a lot of things that could be considered pretty demeaning in heated conversation. Look no further than this site as evidence of that.

Stuff like that involving service reps and customers happens more than people think. The first thing the customers usually go to when frustrated is something about the job, education or whatever...

I think it is a leap to suggest poor little Brittany's life is destroyed. She didn't have to act that way, right? I mean, she could have just said "I'm very upset" or "can I talk to the owner" or said she was going to call the BBB.

I don't think anyone really cares. This girl is irrelevant and there are plenty of assholes in the world. But the next time I see her on tv, I definitely will think differently about her than I do about Suzy Kolber or Erin Andrews or Kaylee Hartung.......girls that do her job that seem very likeable.
