Ms. McHenry is our neighbor, and, as she said, to paraphrase, made remarks that were out of line. She is human and errors in judgement can be made in the heat of the moment.
Gina is a single mother of 3 children who works a difficult job to provide her family. Gina holds no ill will toward Ms. McHenry.
As a small regulated business, we saw no benefit to releasing the video, except to highlight personal attacks employees in jobs like towing, public parking enforcement and others sometimes encounter. The video was not licensed or sold to anyone.

I'm no keyboard warrior ..... But if that was me she was talking to I would have lost my job that day because I would have came from behind the counter and laid her ignorant educated degree having ass out. She may have a degree but it does not say anywhere on that degree this is a one-way ticket to treat and talk to people like they are shit. I absolutely hate people that act this way.
Pats, here's the way I look at it. Everyone in life has that one thing they are insecure about. Maybe it's your weight, lack of education or appearance in some way etc. For most people aged 60 and over, lack of education is their achilles heel. They are really insecure about it. They've grown up knowing if they don't go to work in a factory etc., they won't eat or support their family.
McHenry took a direct stab at this lady because of her education. She not only stuck a knife into her, she twisted it deep. This kind of shit happens daily in America.
For what? I'd tell the bitch to have a nice day and let her go. Nobody can make you mad without your consent. Why consent to letting someone that miserable alter your life?
At the end of the day you take someones BS for 5 minutes and are on your way. I dunno what else she has heard in there but I'd imagine she comes across plenty of A-holes.

But she is definitely someone that has no perspective on life and thinks she is better than everyone else. She stated exactly this much. It's fine if you own your own business. But you can't act like this and be a wannabe Erin Andrews at the same time. This will definitely hurt her career.
I'm on television, you're in a trailer. That's worse than everything else she said, and everything else was stuff she should have stopped saying in grade school. Why would your occupation even come up when you are doing a business transaction like this, unless you are just an insecure bitch. I know that when I watch Erin Andrews, I think she is a sweet, down to earth girl. Whether that's true or not, I have no idea. Any mistake by anyone these days and there is just this incredible wave of momentum to marginalize them as much as possible.
The video was edited, we don't even have the full conversation in context. A lot of people wouldn't have said what she said but if being given a hard time by a tow company they would likely get nasty as well. This company seems to have a poor track record in Arlington.
