The only way I look at it, the clerk behind the counter is somebody's mother who is working and doing her job. You don't talk down to people and try and shame a person for the type of work that they do.

She should've but why do we have to hear about it? The women says to her "you are on camera", so? There is this implication like watch it or this goes viral. What a messed up mindset. She didn't threaten her, she didn't threaten not to pay. Why does the camera have to come into it? Because you got insulted? You work in customer service for a towing company, you probably have had your share of angry customers.

I hope she can get some therapy for all the great mental anguish this terrible atrocity has caused her.

Lastly, obviously if you are in a business like that you are gonna deal with a bit more of a disgruntled customer base than normal so you probably want to develop some thick skin. If I had to guess, I doubt the girl behind the counter was effected too much. Probably has heard way worse.

IMO, this was way over the top and does reveal that she is a complete cun.t. I'm not an asshole at all, but I've been an asshole at times. I get that. If everyone was judged by their worst moment, it would be ugly for us all. But I can't imagine saying that shit to anyone. If she was just a dumb bitch and not a hot television dumb bitch, then nobody would care. But if you want to claim you are some big shot that is better than everyone else, you have to accept the responsibility that comes with celebrity. If you are a bitch, then you need to pretend to not be one at all times, or you will be working in tow yards yourself.
