If bashing Lamar is he can't win a SB, guilty as charged. The difference between Lamar and Herbert is he's in a better position to win.

Herbert...look at his performance year over year from his rookie season and there is no way to argue the fact that he has underperformed his talent by a wider margin than any other guy in the league.
