Reality is this, he said he is using information he obtained from the Rx to track down Seymour. I think the Rx has a responsibility to Seymour to provide at least the same information about Journeyman, and they can handle it off the internet airwaves.

I thought I saw Journeyman make a fairly substantial threat. It's one thing to say If I ever saw you in person I'd kick your ass....it's another to say i know who you are, I know where you live, and I'm going to have you clipped.

Didnt you say you are an attorney? Until he identifies you - not your screen name - there isnt a threat. There is no implied threat that assumes people know the identities behind an internet screen name

If I saw some post like: I know you live at xxx Elm St. or I know you live in the Copa Cabana apartments, or I know you drive that orange Dodge Neon with the vanity plates 2HOT4U

And he hasnt identified himself either. So even if you had a post identifiying you, how do you show who made it? An address that matches what someone uses when they sign up a screen name is not sufficient

Anyway there is a guy named Journeyman who said he was coming to get me. I think he lives near Baltimore. No one has actually met him, but I did get an address from Wilheim. What? Oh Wilheim is a moderator at the RX, he lives in Costa Rica since on-line gambling is technically illegal in the US. But anyway back to the point of my call, could you send some officers out to this address and tell Journeyman that he has to stop using his on-line persona to threaten my on-line persona.
