Anyway there is a guy named Journeyman who said he was coming to get me. I think he lives near Baltimore. No one has actually met him, but I did get an address from Wilheim. What? Oh Wilheim is a moderator at the RX, he lives in Costa Rica since on-line gambling is technically illegal in the US. But anyway back to the point of my call, could you send some officers out to this address and tell Journeyman that he has to stop using his on-line persona to threaten my on-line persona. This character has threatened me repeatedly - yeah, I know he talks alot - like non stop - but I don't know him - and I don't know what he might or might not be plotting - I know he has explicitly threatened to cause harm to my person - I'm in the process of getting his real information - no - I'm not dumb enough to call up the local police and say "Journeyman" is out to kill me - once I get it his real name I will file a complaint against him - I'm serious - I'm not trying to be a drama queen but this dude may really be nuts.

There is no actual physical pain or injury or the threat of pain or injury in internet posts made by anonymous people hiding behind their posting names.
Even if you could get Journey's real name and address, it would be impossible to show he is the actual person making the posts or that the posts are directed at you as a real person. Presumable you are a real person, so until there are posts that identify your actual information, this is all just a bunch of internet chatter that you are taking way too seriously.
yea, but that was at a picture sharing web site where people posted their REAL LIFE pictures - and that crazy dude from WV got mad because someone photoshopped a picture of him. So if this name-calling drama gets to the point where Journeyman starts posting actual pictures of the people on his list, and if he starts posting pictures showing him driving to Texas like the guy from WV did, then I might take it serious
I don't own a gun - but once I have his real name I'm moving for an injunction/restraining order - I'm an attorney and I'm quite confident I can show a judge that he's not sane by showing the threats he has made against me - I know you guys think I'm joking - but I'm dead serious - jurisdiction could be interesting - I highly doubt he would show up for any proceedings but I can assure you once I know his name he will get proper service.
