Hospitals get paid more for classifying patients with the CORONA tag. You deny it and you are wrong. Just admit it.
If a person dies of an overdose or in-home accident etc. and are asymptomatic for COVID, it's classified as a COVID related death.
These are two separate issues.
1) Hospitals treating COVID patients get paid more.
2) Hospitals/politicians are classifying deaths as COVID related by guessing they were COVID deaths. Not by fact, by guessing. This contributes to panic and incites fear.
People are dying at home not because of Covid 19 it is because they needed surgery and could not get it as it was classified as elective
People are dying because they are scared to go to the hospital because of the hype from the media/politicians having people think if they get
this they will die. So they do not go when they should and get worse and die.
These two scenarios are happening now on a daily basis...
Our politicians/public health advisers should be held responsible for all the collateral damage they are doing.
That collateral damage will be far worse than anything Covid 19 is doing moving forward.
Many people have already lost their business or will be very soon. Lots of people are going to be in financial ruin

Being locked in your house is detrimental to your health, mental and physical.
More people drinking alcohol, eating too much, not exercising, worrying, anxiety, etc
Then mental and physical toll on our country will make Covid 19 look like nothing to what will be happening moving forward.

If you are implying that hospitals are taking people with no symptoms and classifying them as COVID-19 to get more money......or saying they are putting people on ventilators that don't need ventilators for the sole purpose of getting more money.....
.....I think that is a pretty bold claim. I can see a small business owner trying to get free federal money for his business through stimulus handouts. But a hospital, doctors, or non-profits trying to blatantly lie to get more money from this knowing it is loosely regulated sounds extreme. I admit, shit like this happens and I see it in 20/20 specials, but this sounds too conspiracy-like. especially if we are implying all hospitals across America is doing this.

March death figures where about 15% higher than usual with about half of that attributed to COVID-19 related deaths. There’s usually a 1.0-2.5% expected fluctuation when comparing month to month deaths from one year to the next, so 10% of the 15% is attributed to COVID-19 plus normal fluctuation expectations. Where’s the other 5% coming from?
I’d expect it’s coming from a few areas. Mainly, underreported COVID-19 deaths and spikes in suicides and cardiac related deaths. Troubles from anxiety, stress and depression are likely surging due to people losing their jobs, losing their businesses, inability to provide for ones family, inability to pay bills, etc. Couple that with isolation and uncertainty and it’s a recipe for surges in suicide.
The issues above can also increase cardiac related deaths as well. Throw in inactivity, declining diets/health and I’d bet heart attacks are also on the rise. I’m speculating, but I bet that’s what we’ll see when more data becomes available and unfortunately, April is going to be far worse than March.
