Has everyone started to realize we’ve wildly overreacted to this situation?

I'm done with strategies and fucking models. That's for the smart people to look at. I'm in the dumb catagory. The dumb people are looking at how many people are staring at poverty and the death toll associated with that. Bigger ramifications.. But keep doing what you're doing..

Red unfortunately looks like a no-win situation for us all and we may have to suffer through BOTH.

I scoffed at this thing early on as well but have since changed my mind.

At least you are man enough to admit it....still waiting for Trump, Hannity, Ingalls, and the rest of the gang to admit it.....

You have TDS really bad man. Must suck going through life living that way.

But why are you telling anybody anything at this point?

You’ve been wrong the entire process. And then you mocked people who disagreed. You were wrong. And not only were you wrong about this you were wrong about your precious UFC happening. You’re a joke

Already 919 new deaths. Looks like 5th straight day of 1900+ deaths.

I’m still having a problem with this thread’s title stating
that we are not only overreacting , but wildly overreacting.
Personally I’m very glad that we are not wildly under reacting
like we were until early to mid March.

I thought we had been under reacting, but I found out from yesterday's presser that;
this administration has done everything right, many of the problems were caused by
the previous administration not being prepared, that trump and trump alone has
saved countless American lives, the economy will "fire" up ahead of schedule (what
is that schedule anyway), that the media asks "nasty and irrevelent" questions
despite trump doing a great job (and treating the media with great respect), and
that trump has total authority in this crisis (but is totally blameless and not
responsible for any perceived hiccups in the government's response).
i feel much better as i guess i was worrying about nothing. this country
is in good hands.

2,284 dead today... a new record high.

611,156 cases
25,924 deaths (4.2% death rate)

Orange fool is really out of his big fat idiot mind if he thinks if he can reopen the country May 1st.

I'll admit using the world "wildly" was a bit of a mistake but did we overreact to this situation? Absolutely.

I mean, we have Governors now enforcing we wear masks in stores but the same requirement wasn't in place a month ago when things were way worse than they are now. It makes zero sense.

A month ago, they allege, they didn't have the evidence that wearing a mask protects others from those infected & without symptoms. Now they do have that evidence, they say. I suspect, though, that the policy change may have been partly due to public opinion.
