Wow, one mention of the GuruChick again and this turns into a sex ed class... Roxy, to dispell any discrepancy of age, I'm 19, not 24. The GuruChick gets it all, and will never be into the gambling or watching of sports. The closest she gets to sports are bowling (and she kicks my sorry a$$ every time we go... she's on the bowling team in school... averages like 205... I've learned NOT to bet against her in bowling), she's been to 1 AFL game and never accepted an invitation back, 1 minor league baseball game, and 1 minor league hockey game. She liked the hockey game, not because of the hockey, but because of the fight that happened right in front of us in the 2nd period. So I've tried, but she doesn't like it too much. She knows that she's more important than any of this, even though sometimes I don't show it when she's around. Now granted... tomorrow's Valentine's Day, and I don't believe in that holiday... I've got our anniversary in November, 6 weeks later is X-Mas, 6 weeks later is Valentine's, 6 weeks later is her birthday... something's gotta give... and she knows which holiday it is...
Oh, a gambling board... Anyway...
Adding: Columbus @ Dallas under 102.5 (2 units -105): Okay, usually I employ the "get your best line" logic, but I didn't get in on that last night. I got this last night at 102.5 not thinking that the line would spike to 104 now. So more points for you all. Don't think it'll make a difference. Dallas defense is bad. Really bad. However, what's the remedy for a bad defense? Chad "Big Country" Salisbury! Columbus' offense looked terrible against Nashville in the first game of the season... This game effective gave them 16 days off between games to get ready. I do believe they'll hit 40 points today, but I think it's going to be a struggle. Dallas performed well under the limelight that is NBC two weeks ago, but then fizzled on the road against New York, a game they were really never in. Clint Stoerner is still banged up after the beating he took last week. Dallas leads the AFL in penalty yards by a ton after 97 of them last week. 7 penalties = 3 minutes off the clock in the AFL. There's a ton of these numbers in Dallas' game that say their PPG should be about a TD lower. I think they're going to cover Columbus in this one, but just barely. More value in this game staying under 100, let alone 104.
Second halfers probably to come later... I'm 0-2 this year on those... Gotta turn that crapola around.
