Read the indictment and then apply logic.
BTW it is interesting that the supposed victims waited so many years.
I asked did they each go to the authorities for 13 years? I don't see where it states the dates where the boys reported this to the police or when the other alleged witnesses reported the crimes.
Did they all go to the authorities within the last couple years? If so, why did they all wait until each other said something?
Wrong. It has occurred many times in history where a group of people have conspired against a single innocent individual.
You're right about that, but analyze everything in this case and ask yourself if it's plausible that everyone involved is conspiring against Sandusky. Are the two police officers who, in 1998, heard Sandusky beg for forgiveness to a mother over the fact he showered naked with her son part of the conspiracy? Is the janitor who witnessed Sandusky molesting a child lying? Was the district attorney in 1998 who tried to pursue this case part of a conspiracy?
Did Mcqueary make up the fact that he saw Sandusky raping a child and did nothing to stop the situation in 2002? Did Mcqueary report this lie to Paterno in 2002 with the intent of framing Sandusky 10 years later? Where do Paterno, Schultz, and Curley fit in this conspiracy?
I'm the first person to question the offical story and analyze all evidence before coming to my conclusion. With that being said, not only are the number of witnesses overwhelming here, but there is no fathomable incentive for Mcqueary and others who would need to be involved.
In all likelyhood there will be some people who were involved in "The Second Mile" as children coming forward and making false accusations against Sandusky in hope of getting financial compensation of sort, but I don't know how anyone can examine all the evidence and come to the conclusion this man isn't guilty.
I suppose he could tell his mommy or daddy, etc, if he thought something happened that shouldn't have. If he didn't do it at age 10, why wait till age 23, five years after becoming an adult?
