Did they each go to authorities for 13 years?

McQueary may have testified because he thought it was the right thing to do disregarding his own reputation. Or maybe he was coming under the gun.
Read the indictment and then apply logic.

I asked did they each go to the authorities for 13 years? I don't see where it states the dates where the boys reported this to the police or when the other alleged witnesses reported the crimes.

Did they all go to the authorities within the last couple years? If so, why did they all wait until each other said something?

BTW it is interesting that the supposed victims waited so many years.

Really??? I mean is it really interesting that 10 year old boys did not immediately speak out against an adult who was molesting them???? That is interesting to you? Do you expect 10 year old boys to immediately come out and accuse an adult of sodomizing them? Yeah that happens every day. Almost every child molestation case comes out after the molested kids have become adults!!!! Did you miss the whole Catholic Church sex abuse scandal?? It takes an extraordinary child to come forward immediately that is why these perverts go undetected for years!

Authorities listened to phone conversations in 1998 where Sandusky admitted to showering with a kid. He asked forgiveness and said he wanted to die. Read the indictment. There is 0.0% chance he's innocent and a 0.0% chance of acquittal. Suicide imminent. And then God will bring true justice.

Wrong. It has occurred many times in history where a group of people have conspired against a single innocent individual.

You're right about that, but analyze everything in this case and ask yourself if it's plausible that everyone involved is conspiring against Sandusky. Are the two police officers who, in 1998, heard Sandusky beg for forgiveness to a mother over the fact he showered naked with her son part of the conspiracy? Is the janitor who witnessed Sandusky molesting a child lying? Was the district attorney in 1998 who tried to pursue this case part of a conspiracy?

Did Mcqueary make up the fact that he saw Sandusky raping a child and did nothing to stop the situation in 2002? Did Mcqueary report this lie to Paterno in 2002 with the intent of framing Sandusky 10 years later? Where do Paterno, Schultz, and Curley fit in this conspiracy?

I'm the first person to question the offical story and analyze all evidence before coming to my conclusion. With that being said, not only are the number of witnesses overwhelming here, but there is no fathomable incentive for Mcqueary and others who would need to be involved.

In all likelyhood there will be some people who were involved in "The Second Mile" as children coming forward and making false accusations against Sandusky in hope of getting financial compensation of sort, but I don't know how anyone can examine all the evidence and come to the conclusion this man isn't guilty.

NEW YORK -- A former Penn State football assistant coach charged with sexually abusing eight boys in a scandal that has rocked the university said Monday that there was no abuse and that any activities in a campus shower with a boy were just horseplay, not molestation.

In a telephone interview Monday night on NBC News' "Rock Center," Bob Costas asked Jerry Sandusky if he's a pedophile and Sandusky responded, "No."

Sandusky, once considered veteran coach Joe Paterno's heir apparent, was arrested more than a week ago and is charged with sexually abusing eight boys, some on Penn State property, over a 15-year span.

"I am innocent of those charges," the 67-year-old Sandusky said. "... I could say that I have done some of those things. I have horsed around with kids. I have showered after workouts. I have hugged them, and I have touched their legs without intent of sexual contact."

Asked whether he was sexually attracted to underaged boys, he said "Sexually attracted, no. I enjoy young people, I love to be around them, but, no, I'm not sexually attracted to young boys."

Asked if there was anything he had done wrong, Sandusky said, "I shouldn't have showered with those kids."

I haven't "analyzed everything" in the case and probably couldn't do the job expensive defence lawyers would, but as they got OJ off with the help of a jury, who knows? All you need is reasonable doubt, right? It seems the witness that claimed he saw an act of rape, not horseplay rape, is the most damning item mentioned here. I'd expect the defence will grind him as to his relationship with the accused [motive] and what he saw or merely imagined he was seeing. And consider Paterno's view on what he told him about what he saw.

I suppose he could tell his mommy or daddy, etc, if he thought something happened that shouldn't have. If he didn't do it at age 10, why wait till age 23, five years after becoming an adult?

Well there you heard it from the man. Sandusky is protesting his innocence. He just showered with somebody elses kid and hugged them and rubbed a little leg. Nothing wrong with that right posters?

Gotta hand it to the man he sure has balls to tell the world what he is willing to admit to doing to somebody elses pride and joy. He might as well of said... "No no no Bob I didn't have sex with those kids I just masturbated around them, that's all. No sexual contact whatsoever."

Then the attorney acting like he is going to free him like Casey Anthony. He is all Bob once we finish paying off errr... I mean questioning the other boys you will find out they were lying. Bob is all like what about the witnesses? Oh these guys just saw my client play fucking the kids they weren't fuck-fucking.

After hearing these douchebags trying to put a spin on this mess almost makes me respect those child murderers because at least those guys know they have a sickness and what they do and feel is wrong and are trying their best to not get caught by killing their victims. Sandusky after years of coverups and enablers he sounds like Michael Jackson trying to convince the world that sleeping and drinking Jesus Juice with other peoples children is charming.

Sandusky is not only a pedophile he is a pig. Fucking these kids in a public shower with no regard for janitors and the student-body walking in on him. He could have at least took some of that Second Mile money and rented a motel or built a backroom playhouse. I guess his father never taught him how to treat a hot date.

So, again, this relates to the 23 year old's motives. Is he employed? Hard up for cash? Has some other reasons besides the alleged to get vengeance vs the accused? Looking to a multi million dollar civil or other payouts from becoming famous, such as movie rights, TV appearances, etc? It would be nice to be able to retire in yur 20's, and the guys at risk for civil damages probably have plenty of mulla. It isn't exactly rocket science to cook up a little conspiracy amongst a small group of people. Would robbing a bank for a huge payday be easier to accomplish?

I think most likely the accused is guilty in this case, but to play the devil's advocate:

You're right about that, but analyze everything in this case and ask yourself if it's plausible that everyone involved is conspiring against Sandusky. Are the two police officers who, in 1998, heard Sandusky beg for forgiveness to a mother over the fact he showered naked with her son part of the conspiracy?

Call this item number one. What does this prove as to the charge of rape? Nothing. BTW there are people amongst naturists and/or nudist camps all over the world who don't have a problem with people being naked all the time 24/7.

Is the janitor who witnessed Sandusky molesting a child lying? Was the district attorney in 1998 who tried to pursue this case part of a conspiracy?

Item two. What was this alleged "molestation", a hand on the leg? Why was the case dropped? Not enough to go on to go to court or win the case?

Did Mcqueary make up the fact that he saw Sandusky raping a child and did nothing to stop the situation in 2002? Did Mcqueary report this lie to Paterno in 2002 with the intent of framing Sandusky 10 years later?

Item three. It could be [a] that he didn't see what he thought he saw into a steam filled shower area, and/or misunderstood it, or he lied because he hated the accused and/or [c] he lied with the forsight of a potential future payday, either from Sandusky or alleged victims who would see his lie as an opportunity to make millions. BTW Mcquery wasn't dismissed for this accusation, and didn't he even recieve a position on the team's coaching staff? A payoff?

Where do Paterno, Schultz, and Curley fit in this conspiracy?

Either pawns of Mcquery or victims or both.

I'm the first person to question the offical story and analyze all evidence before coming to my conclusion. With that being said, not only are the number of witnesses overwhelming here, but there is no fathomable incentive for Mcqueary and others who would need to be involved.

I only see one or two legitimate "witnesses" you've mentioned here. Hardly "overwhelming". If you are referring to the 8 boys who are now accusing Sandusky, why should it be attributed to anything but a motive for millions of dollars? Why would almost all of these these cases not come down to their word against that of the accused?

In all likelyhood there will be some people who were involved in "The Second Mile" as children coming forward and making false accusations against Sandusky in hope of getting financial compensation of sort, but I don't know how anyone can examine all the evidence and come to the conclusion this man isn't guilty.

I haven't examined "all the evidence" nor am i concluding he is not guilty. He probably is. But it will be up to the courts and/or jury to decide if there is reasonable doubt.

The meter of quilt spans increments of Raymond Buckley at zero over to OJ Simpson at 10 (good reminder Quantum). I'm at 9.4. BTW, reason Sandusky's lawyer allowed him to do the Costas interview was a pure money payoff. NBC/Costas paid many dollars for the interview. Sandusky needed the legal defense money. Sandusky's lawyer needed to know his client could pay (in fact the money might have gone straight into J. Amendola's account).

How would I know? But think about it. Why would Amendola allow his client to play incriminating statements into the national media? Answer is that the media (NBC) paid the freight and Amendola knows where this thing is going and wanted his money out of it and could care less about incriminating statements by his already doomed client. Who knows what is going on in Sandusky's drugged survival mental logic.

"Source: Mike McQueary halted assault":

http://espn.go.com/college-football...-mcqueary-stopped-alleged-assault-source-says

"In an interview with ABC News, Sandusky attorney Joe Amendola explained why he let Sandusky go on national TV to discuss the allegations.

" "I think it's important, regardless of what people's mindset, ... for people to hear Jerry Sandusky say 'I did not sexually assault kids. I love kids. They're my life. That's why I created the Second Mile.' And I think people need to hear that from him." "

Many thought Michael Jackson was a pedophile, but many were wrong! I never thought Michael was guilty, but to this day many believe he was a pedophile. It's obvious he wasn't.

I hope Sandusky is telling the truth but from everything I've heard via media and public opinion I kinda doubt it. He does deserve his day in court. It should be a cut and dry case to prove.
