The best thing you can do here is neglect all of the bullshit that is going around here about this game and just look at the facts and what you've seen from this team....Georgia going across the country and beating ASU was bigger than you think..ASU is better team than people are making them out to be..They'll be playing in a bowl game this year..In fact georgia has already played 3 teams who will probably go to bowl games this year. Georgia has also had to travel to a hostile environment to play South Carolina. A very good defensive team that was coming off a loss. So those kinds of games are always hard to win. And a win is a win when your on the road in the SEC...On the other hand I believe Bama's schedule this season is a little overrated..I think we all know now that Arkansas is a bad football team. And beating Clemson in my opinion wasn't that great either. It was played on a neutral field, and as we're all finding out, the ACC is another conference that frankly isn't very good this year. Take this Georgia team as they are..They were preseason number 1 for a reason. And they haven't disappointed us yet have they? They've done everything they were supposed to do.. And now their coming back home between the hedges after two tough road games. I don't see anybody beating this team on their home field..Can Bama stay within a TD? Maybe..But I'm betting that once momentum swings in this game that it won't be nearly as close as the line...Good luckI'm beginning to think Georgia could be a big play. BOL

Silver...Those highschool cheerleaders I saw last night at the game was enough to make my putter flutter...BOL my friend:toast:your beloved Sooners play tonite. FSN has it and I'd will switch between that & Ga/Al, PSU/Illini. Much more interested in OU. 3 games I'm looking @, UNLV, EMU, & Md, you picked that one so may tag. Clemson always disappoints. Anyway BOL to you, Coach, Pags, Conan & all the WC guys. My best time of the yr, at my age getting too excited can be dangerous. Those Trojan cheerleaders overload my pacemaker!!!:nohead:
ATX...BOL my friend..I don't mind disagreements at all. If we all thought alike, we would probably all come out of here broke..I'll probably be watching OU-Texas in HD instead of in person. This old man can't take too many of those loud Texas cowbells anymore..Hopefully it'll be a good'un this year.best of luck this week!
thanks for chiming in some of the threads, I respect your input, and while I'm not on all of the same sides I just wanted to say you are one of the few guys I look at every week. Feel free to be a critic, I don't mind you pointing out things I may miss. I never thought I could bring myself to get along with a Sooner, but for 1 week and 6 more days I guess we can be cool. Where you sitting on day 14?
bragg...If a good line comes up or possibly some live betting I might put it in my thread. But as for now this is my complete card...A few teams I like for small one star or one unit plays but didn't list are Duke, Indiana (running dog), Northwestern (running dog), TCU (possible running dog) (if the line gets to 20 I'll play it small) the SDSU-Idaho OVER and the Maryland-Clemson OVER...Good luckis your card complete or are you looking at more?
JD...If the line gets to 20 I'm going to play TCU small. Although I think OU wins this thing comfortably in the end, when the line gets up to 3 scores against a very solid defensive team who runs the ball well, I start taking a second look. TCU consistently puts out good NFL quality lineman, and these guys won't be laying down tonight. In the end OU will probably wear this team down. But asking to cover 3 TD's maybe a bit much. OU beat Cincy by 26. But Cincy lost half of their defense to graduation. Including a couple players who went to the NFL..TCU is much better on defense than Cincy..However they aren't as good on offense. And they don't have any skill players like WR/KR Gilyard, who burned OU for 300 all purpose yards that day. Watch to see if TCU can establish the run early against OU. This will be the true tell to see if TCU will make a game of it..Keep in mind that OU will be missing their best DL run stop man Granger tonight. Who may be out for the rest of the season. I'm not sure how much this is going to hurt OU...We'll find out..Good luckSooners - I really value your opinion especially in the Big 12. You know them cold. What's your opinion on tonights OU game? I think TCU might give them a game but would love to hear your take. Thanks.
