He or the crew must have known something about the bird because they took the time to bury the damn thing. Who takes the time to bury a bird unless it's a pet?

the lie?? i was referring to tripp saying it was an accident...

the witnesses from the tv crew have said what this douchebag tripp said and did.

exactly:toast: if he was aiming at the hole and his shot went the wrong way or something and hit the hawk, thats a accident.

are you fuckin stupid? If you hit golfballs aimed at a hawk hoping to scare it, you have to be prepared for just in case you do hit it. Really you should just leave this thread because every post you make, its make you like stupidier then the last post if that is really possible. Lmfaooooooooo he was hitting the balls at the hawk but he really didnt think he was gonna hit it, lmfaooooooooooooooooo. Man you are screwed up in the head.

safe to say yes to your first question

really are you fuckin retarded too? Listen if you aim anything in the direction of an animal, then you have to be prepared for in case you do hit it. Heres the thing genius, if he didnt want to hit the hawk, the simple thing to do was not fuckin hit golfballs in its direction, that my friend doesnt take a fuckin rocket scientist to figure out. I really cant believe the stupidity coming from a bunch of you.
Well at least peta will haunt this guy for the rest of his life.

ditto for your first question here

they buried the bird after someone told them it was special. you guys have a hardon about killing an animal, go to a hunting forum and bitch. your opinions on this subject dont mean shit. you think just because he aimed at the bird that he tried to kill it??? i guess you have never been in a fight with something of actual importance..like a human. i guess you didnt try to throw a punch because you were scared you might kill someone...paleeeze. accidents happen. he was very lucky to hit the bird (or unlucky, however you want to look at it)

Umm, no. They buried the bird and then investigators dug it up.

I thought you were told he wasn't aiming at it? Doesn't matter if killing it was his intent.

the only reason they dug it up was in case they need it for court. after it died, someone told them it was special and they buried it. another case of someone having no idea what they are talking about.

he was aiming in the birds general vacinity because in reality, the chances were so far fetched that he could hit it is amazing. you could spend a lifetime and never hit it again. pro or not

Honestly i cant believe you are this stupid and just dont understand the concept of what an accident is. When he started taking shots at where the hawk was sitting, all thoughts of an accident went right out the window. Doesnt matter if he didnt think he was gonna hit it, he aimed in the hawks direction, that makes it intent, not an accident. Really is this simple enough for you to understand yet? This has nothing to with being in a fight and throwing punches at somebody, that is so far off base, you should delete it from your post.
Do you see what we all have been trying to explain to you. When he hit that first shot into the tree, is accident defense was thrown right out the window. Face the guy is a complete dickhead and he didnt care if the hawk flew away or he hit the hawk, his selfish ass just wanted the bird shutup. You can bet your ass if he had a bb or pellet gun, he would have shot the bird, no doubt about it. Spoiled fuckin rich kid that doesnt care about anything in life besides himself.

you keep calling him a spoiled rich kid and you have no fucking clue about his finances. the guy could be in debt up to his eyeballs for all you know. it was a total and complete accident the bird died... none of you immature name calling or your opinion on the subject is going to change my mind. sorry dude. my example of a fight is very close here as well. if you got into a fight because someone was bothering you and you hit someone and they died. it would be an accident right...right. you didnt mean to kill anyone but it happened. an accident. not pre meditated. im done here. you need to find something better to do with your time than to argue your opinions. they are very poor ones anyways.

A guy who works at my supply house had his eye blown completely out from a guy trying to play thru because he thought the guy was playing to slow, instead of asking to play thru he thought he'd hurry him up by driving a golf ball in his direction- POW right in the eye.

Teddy

This thread is about an important phukin bird here. Bird probably thought these dopes were playing some lame ass game and was laughing at them. He gave himself up to bring down a dopey golfer!

Not some guy and his eyeball.

Coming from a golf pro, I can tell you that this can not be classified as an accident. Any player from the Nationwide Tour can hit a bird inside of 80 yards in probably no more than 10 shots. Did he set out to kill this bird? Doubt it. But he knew that he could hit it, and if he didn't think it could die from a golf ball, then he is extremely stupid.

I hope they make an example of him.

STFU. Coming from a pretty good college golfer (which I am positive I play better than 90% of the "shop pro's" out there. This shot was probably close to 1/1,000,000. I am well aware that a nationwide pro can hit a sand wedge from 100 yards and land it in a 5' circle about 50% of the time. A shot like this wouldn't kill the bird. You would have to hit something like a 2-3 iron thats traveling over 100 mph at 100 yards away. This would be extrememly difficult to pull off and if you think otherwise than go out to the range and give it a try.

As for making an example out of him? WTF? Where does the line get drawn here on the value of an animal? What makes a bird's life more important than a cockroach? Think about the next time you step on one you fuqing hypocrits.
