I apologize for venting my frustrations out on you. I realize that it may take a while to work out the kinks. I hope that there is some progress made before the Regular season starts.

That being said, it is appreciated what Bet Phoenix does for the posters. By the way, Those 3 bottles of Cognac given away at the Bash with the Bet Phoenix emblem on them looked FANTASTIC. I was not lucky enough to win one of them Richard but you should have seen the look on the 3 winners faces when their lucky numbers were called. Thanks for being so generous.

I found another issue, it may have been mentioned before, not sure.

I placed a bet yesterday, (2009/08/25 18:23) is the timestamp on the wager.
Today, (Aug 26th) when I choose "History" from the top menu and select a date range from 8/24 - 8/26 I do not see my wager. But if I add a day, 8/24 - 8/27 it shows up.

Suggestions.

Hi Richard, can I make a suggestion regarding the Betting Interface?
Allow people to drill down on pending wagers and graded bets, at least the graded bets. By "Drill down" I mean, on a graded wager list the conditions ie Starting Pitchers, Rain out etc...

asian odds displaying wrong

Hi, the Asian Odds for MLB are displaying improperly.
Today (Sat, Aug 29th) Cubs vs Mets in the main section you offer Cubs -1 1/4 ev and when you add it to the ticket on the right, it displays as 1 3/4 ev(which is correct).

Just want to say thanks for the great promo. Had never played with your book before. Placed a parlay that went well.

Tried to place a teaser, but in the drop down menue the only option I get after selecting two NCAAF teams is "Mania Special Teaser". I cannot seem to figure out how to place a 6 or 6.5 or 7 point teaser? so I stopped and didnt place the teaser bet.
