this has happened several times. bet 3 games. put in number for generic
"win" ie( top box to get same win number for all bets) .all figures appear correctly in all three bets. then put in password. figures disappear from third bet. have to reinsert. not big deal but probably fixable. otherwise very happy with software

I was told if you use the new site and then login to the old site your balance will disappear. You have to call them to get it fixed. Anyone know if there is a way to check your balance from the new site? I can't find a link anywhere and don't wanna log into the old site again cuz it took 3 days to get my balance problem fixed.

Works great except that my balance keeps changing. I will have about $60 when the night is over, with no pending plays. Go back to make a play the next day and only have $40. Keep having to e-mail customer service to get it fixed. Very frustrating.

Other than that. Works fine.

my problem is just the oppisite.... i was using the old site to make my bets since there were so many bugs in the system,then i went to the new site to check it out and my balance vanished.

Duplicate tickets in Pending Plays

Hi, First let me say thanks for getting my account funded so quickly
So I placed 4 wagers on one ticket.
When I go to the "Pending Plays" Screen I see four duplicate entries with all four plays in them, they all have the same TicketNumber.

Trust me the issue was not resolved overnight. I have had issues with this account since I started using their Bonus Play. It is not really a Bonus Play when you don't get credit issued when you win a play. I was credited for a play on the PGA which was a push when the original play that I made was a winner. I wonder if anyone else is going thru the same issues that I am going thru. I would not post up with a book with this many problems. I will stick with BETJAMAICA.COM. I have tried to email them but it is not worth the time or effort to play for a free $50 that gets screwed around every frickin day. If anyone wants my FREE $80 wager that I received at the BASH, they can have it , just PM me.

Balance should be repaired. Sorry you feel that way, but I understand completely. These types of potential issues are exactly the reasons we are testing like this using free money. I apologize for any inconvenience.
