seems like everything is bugged out now which is good....still getting use to the interface......is there a way to switch the time to regular eatern standard instead of military??? also how do you change risk to win....and win to risk? it would be great if your horsebook updated odds if you took dime supers....

Completed my rollover yesterday and finished at $198. I requested a cash out this morning, waiting to hear back.
As far as the new platform goes, I thought it was easy to use and quick. No loading multiple pages to complete the betting process. Lines and betting slip displayed next to each other on the same page.
I give it a thumbs up.

so far no solution....got an email today saying IT is going to look into it and thats all. 24 hours since cash disappeared...not sure if this is part of the new software but i would say its a pretty big issue. especially if it happened to multiple people on here. will continue updating when i hear anything
I placed a money line bet on a heavy favorite, to win $10. After it won, the balance disappeared. Maybe the same happened to you?
I don't remember seeing anywhere that we couldn't bet certain games with the Bonus Play. All I saw on the first post was "10x rollover. Max $150 max cash out."
If it was taken away because of the bet I made, that's fine, however the lack of communication by the book means I'll never be depositing there.
It would be a nightmare situation for a gambler to one day log in and see his balance at $0 with no explanation by the book.
no i dont think the heavy favorite triggered it.....i bet $10 on the cubs/pirates total (rainout) $10 on Els over Tiger +245 and $10 on Yang over Kjeldson +120.....both golf bets were winners....logged in after the pga championship to verify my new total and everything was cleared out. transaction history shows all of my bets and no other 3rd party account hacks or cashouts.....beats me. i agree that the customer service has been a lacking in this area. i dont think i have alot to bitch about though since it was a Bonus Play but it is a lil disheartening.
The issues that you are having and posting or emailing us about are exactly the reason for this exercise. I can assure you your balances will be adjusted correctly, and all your plays are good. The play is not a free-play, they are cash plays. Did you tick the Bonus Play box when you made your plays?

no i didnt click the Bonus Play box....transactions were going smoothly for the week up until sunday. did the same stuff sunday as the previous wagers. :think2:

My balance was messed up as well and after getting on live chat, a day later everything was fixed again. Outside of a few glitches along the way, I really like the new system. I have my account over $200 and I am pretty sure I met my rollover as well. I guess I will just have them put the $150 max back into my account, then I can do anything I want with it. I wonder if we get any deposit bonuses with that.
