as i said...it was late scratches...Vidal out was known, but Hyypiä and Balitsch in midfield have the flue and Ballack was not even in the line up at all...all this 3 "out" came to publich very late before game.
nevertheless, as i said in my pick..looking good so far..Wolfsburg is really bad

Lot s of things going on in Hamburg...there is chaos all over the club..president and vice president were exchanged during the week as well as the coach.
new coach is now former assistant Oenning who was also before at Nürnberg. he stated he like offensive football..not sure if this is the right concept for Hamburg and especially for today. Hamburg conceided 4 and 6 goals last 2 games and has big problems especially on defense (all season long). they will perform today under new coach, but i expect a close game, as Köln is full of confidence after 6th home win in a row now.
Köln is not a good away team, but has shown improvements in this department over last games and is keen to bring on the home power to away points..they definetely have the ability to get at least a draw here or keepthe game close. an offense Hamburg team only plays into the hands of the speedy Köln team and a bit more open space helps them to..just like the particular match-up.
Nürnberg- Bremen: Nürnberg pk,-0.5 @ 1.90
Not much to say here. Nürnberg on an amazing run,especially in home games, full of confidence. Bremen coming of some better results, still the teams is in relegation trouble and not playing too well. Injury situation for them has not improved and with the recent points won, i expect a bit of a let down from them as they might not take the situation serious enogh for today (that at least what you can read from player s comments, but look at the standing to see reality).
2-team ML parlay: München @ 1.53 and Augsburg @ 1.36 for a combined 2.08
i like München despite the big mental blow bymidweek ECL loss to Inter. now the Bundesliga is only thing to focus on and they own Freiburg,wherever they play. Freiburg it self is struggling and not in good form anymore winning just one of last 6 games. still -1 is a big hdc, so i am going with the ML parlay

St.Pauli- Schalke: Schalke pk,-0.5 @1.90
St.Pauli coming off 5 straight losses with big injury probelms especially on defense.
Schalke also struggling but still a much,much better team. they have a new coach now and it seemed that the players didnt like former coach Magath, so that change should free them and give them enough motivation to play to their normal level. that will be enough for a win today.
