After reading this thread, I am now starting to think about the other books now and how in the world they will survive.
Here is a book like GA who advertised all over the net. Had the highest bonuses ever seen.. And only wrote 19k a day? Is that all the customers they were able to obtain? Makes you wonder about the other books that are not as popular as GA was here. I can name you now 25 books that are smaller than GA. Even if GA did make 4.5% and didn't lose, that is ONLY 850 bucks a day they would net, which still wouldn't be enough to cover all costs and advertising, licencse and so on. How can a book survive offshore with such a small handle?

Sick,
I know a whole bunch of people who play online who I communicate with both online and in real life. Out of about the 10-20 I speak with regularly none of them had money at GA when they went under. Now some of these players have at least 5-6 outs at all times. Most of these guys have heard about GA many times and knew all about their "great bonuses."
Their advertising was in the wrong places. If they want lots of players from the forums they better offer some value of players will either pass them by or just pick off some bonus money.
This place wasn't that big on the forums. It just appeared that way because Fred kept them in the spotlight. Whereas a book like Bowmans almost never gets mentioned here yet probably has 100x GAs handle easily.
Nobody I know trusted this book enough to keep money there and I know a few other books in the same boat. Some of which advertise here. without getting into names, just look at which books seem to have the most "misunderstandings"
