Nate is still dealing with customers. He is still getting on the phones complaining if you win too much. Reducing limits. Nate used to be a chef on the East Coast-someone needs to send him back. I'll bet he makes a mean burger.

Please advise your clerk NOT to hang up on me next time I ask where my money is.

I'd never consider playing at FF (primarily due to their relentless junk mail-I've been lucky enough to stay off their call list), but this is pure bullshit.

A fukking clerk hung up on a customer when he asked where his money is????

Sounds like it's time for a SHIT BOOK label.

Nate the Skate is a complete moron. He is ruining PP and FF. He will renege on bonus deals made by his sales people. He needs to go back to the east coast where he was a chef. Why the owneres keep this moron who is a zero as far as customer service goes is anybody's guess.

Scorpion,
First, sorry for the late response. Under no circumstance should you be hung up on ever. I will get to the bottom of this for you. I will also go over the rules and make them clearer. I will review what was told to you and what the rule actualy is. We will honor what was written to you and make the actual rule clearer for everyone else. Again, I'm sorry for this kind of unacceptable clerk's reaction. If the clerk promised you something in error, its not your fault. We will honor what we promissed you and deal with the clerk if they spoke in error.

Lander,
We DO strive to have the BEST customer service. We are a sizeable company and sometimes a clerk may get out of line like in any business. We absolutely dont tolerate it. We take this seriously and we will repremand any clerk that doesnt handle disputes or calls professionaly. We have thousands of very happy customers and we make you one of them as well.

Shack,
I will look into Nate examining customer wagering outcomes and such matters. We dont have a problem with a person winning "Too much" if it's fare and square as long as it's not against any rules explained up front. We are a well funded and financialy managed company that prides itself on its impeccable payout record. We can certainly afford to pay anyone and always have. I will look into Nate's reponses and take the appropriate measures to correct them.

TTinco,
Again, if someone hung up on you, we will take the appropriate measures to make sure that person cant do it again. We dont tolerate this. Again our appologies for any clerk that takes it upon themselves to act out of line. It rarely happens, but if it happens even once its unacceptable. I will see to it that their manager is also held accountable.

You have to call in to get that money; this is a transaction that MUST be done via telephone not internet

And yes I did tell you neteller withdraws were for free once month! If you wish to take 2 or more out of the month you will be paying $25 each time. If is the case that you want more that one out of 1 week will be $50

Scorpion,
I did reply to you in the forum on the previous page. I promised you I'd look into this and I did. I read through what you wrote. First of all, I'll repeat myself and say we value your business and under no circumstance would we ever tollerate clerks hanging up on anyone for any reason. The problem with this particular situation is that the Neteller policy changed shortly after you were advised as to free withdrawals. The clerk should have told you that we'll give you what was promised to you because your conversation took place before the change. I will go ahead and issue you your $25 send fee back on Monday because we do the right thing for people. However going forward, the policy must be followed. I am sorry for the inconvenience. We strive to keep everyone a happy player with us.

Thanks for posting the emails, thats why people should stay away from this joint.

Larry, why dont post the rules on your site? instead of making them up every time someone tries to withdraw!

You have to keep your word. Go with what you tell/promise people when they sign up!

Larry,
I emailed Nate about the incident with the clerk hanging up on me and asked him to forward my complaint to the appropriate management.

I never heard back from management, so that's why I posted my complaint to you.

The clerk's actions, his lack of followup & waiting 36 hours for w/d are the reasons I will never re-up nor endorse FF.

You seem friendly, but hope you understand that with hundreds of books to choose from I simply see reason to tolerate this.

Thanks.

Every Sportsbook has the option of dealing multiple lines. Every Sportsbook also has the option of having a hatchet man Nate the Skate badger and harass customers. We however have the option of whether to play there or not. Play elsewhere!
