We at First Fidelity have wisely transferred Nate to a department in the company that does not deal with the public and will never post on here again. He is not an owner, he is an employee. The posters that have pointed out that the customer that simply followed the rules didn't do anything wrong are absolutely right. We do appreciate the comments on this posting forum thus it helps us get a real feal of what people are thinking. We will make it our business to more carefully monitor everything from our bonus offers to what the clerks are saying to any issues or concerns. We will continue to offer bonuses and we'll continue to honor everything we say. If anybody has a concern of any type, please let me know and it will be dealt with swiftly, fairly, and professionaly.
