We at First Fidelity have wisely transferred Nate to a department in the company that does not deal with the public and will never post on here again. He is not an owner, he is an employee. The posters that have pointed out that the customer that simply followed the rules didn't do anything wrong are absolutely right. We do appreciate the comments on this posting forum thus it helps us get a real feal of what people are thinking. We will make it our business to more carefully monitor everything from our bonus offers to what the clerks are saying to any issues or concerns. We will continue to offer bonuses and we'll continue to honor everything we say. If anybody has a concern of any type, please let me know and it will be dealt with swiftly, fairly, and professionaly. Once again our appologies for Nate and everyone can look forward to the attributes that have built the fine reputation of First Fidelity which include a Solid financial backing, very fast payouts, and fine customer service ahead for everybody on posting forums. I certainly thank people for their input. This will be positive accross the board for everyone.

I've been dealing with Larry for 3 years and he is a straightshooter.

Wager7.com may use marketing tactics that annoy YOU, but c'mon fellas, think about it on the flip side...The book takes in more revenue this way which produces a stronger bottom line and a stronger bottom line means volume and volume is what keeps you getting paid when you request a payout.

Cold calling may be annoying, but it's an effective way of creating more postups which makes this book finanically solid. In this day and age I'd sure be willing to put up with a small nuisance to know that I'm playing into a shop that will pay when I request a payout and same day to boot!

Kevin,
I agree with you. I don't like the cold calling, but what annoyed me with this book more than the marketing, was Nate. Nate is rude and would stick the player for the bonus and limits that were offered them by the book itself. Their is no excuse for this. It seems like Larry is a straight shooter and it is much appreciated that he reassigned Nate(hopefully to the mail room). It is also appreciated that Larry came on here and stated that the player was right and that he will take care of it. This is how a professional manager operates. But if you look back in this thread, Nate says I am stupid because I don't know all the facts in this case, and that the player was up to something sinister. Now Larry comes on and says that the player was right. Sounds like Nate is the one who is up to something sinister and is a liar and cheat himself.

Question for Larry-
Can we withdraw our winnings at ANY TIME?
OR
Do we lose our bonus if we withdraw our winnings before meeting the roll over requirements?

Cant find any info regarding your bonus policy on your web site. If its there please give me the web link!

You can withdraw your winnings at any time but to keep your bonus you must meet the bonus requirements which means keeping your original deposit and bonus in for 30 days and 6x rollover. Our bonuses are clickable from the top of our website at http://www.wager7.com Also to make it easy for you here is the bonus link http://www.wager7.com/sportsbook_newbonus.htm I will also have the withdrawal policies added as well to this page to make it easier for people. Thanks for the input.

So if we try to withdraw our winnings before meeting the roll over requirements WE WILL LOSE THE BONUS/Bonus Play? Is that correct?

YES and feel free to call the office at any time for a more detailed explanation. Ask for Tom Davis, the office manager. He'll go over everything down to the last detail for you. There are also specials that we run from time to time. check on those as well.

I noticed your guest lines were different than the lines I was getting after I logged in. Do you guys deal more than one line?

Let me be a lttle clearer on that bonus. If you JUST take your winnings and not your original deposit or anything WE gave you, You DO NOT LOSE your bonus.

As far as the lines issue, the lines can adjust often. We will test this out and look deeper into it. Thanks for the input.

Larry,

I am one of your happy customers. I don't mind the phone calls. What I don't unbderstand, is why your clerks call me to tell me that I can get a 30% match play re-up bonus. Then when i ask them to confirm the offer, they check my account, and then come back pologize and tell me, that since I'm a net winner, I'm not entitled to any bonus. Why isn't anyone cross referencing your list of inactive players against your list of net winners, and make sure that the only people you call, are those who are truly eligble for the bonus. IF it wans't for the fact that I'm aware of your bonus policy, and asked the clerk to double check and make sure I was eligible, I may have well sent in a deposit expecting a bonus, and would have been extremely disappointed had I not gotten it.

I've had dealing with Nate and found him to be very rude. He was complaining to me about betting good numbers. That's what I'm supposed to do. Now they won't even let me bet on the net. FF has really gone downhill. Getting rid of Nate would be a step in the right direction.

Marc,

We have so many players on our lists that it becomes very difficult to be 100% with the cross referencing all the time. You have a good point though and I will let them know that you brought this to our attention. We want to keep you as a happy customer and will give you an extra perk when you become entitled to a bonus. Sorry for the crossed wires. Hold on to this email for when you're in bonus territory.

Pokerking,

We HAVE reassigned Nate to another dept in the company that doesnt deal with customers as I mentioned in an earlier post. He wasnt effective and people complained and we took the right step. In defense of First Fidelity, we are not going downhill at all in any way, we are doing very much the opposite and expanding in a positive way. We want your experience to be as positive as thousands of others have been. We dont care if you bet good numbers, we're just very careful of what goes on on the net because of other issues like cheaters, fraud, hackers, etc. We value your business as much as anybody and would like to keep you happy. Feel free to call the office at any time and ask for Tom Davis.

Larry-
What the hell is your neteller withdrawal policy as far as feess are concerned?

On the day I signed up your customer service rep sent me an email and said ALL NETELLER WITHDRAWALS are free of charge.

10-12 days later I was communicating with the same rep via email and this time when I asked her she said I get ONE free neteller withdrawal every month. I still have these emails.

When I called and asked for a withdrawal on 8-28 I couldnt believe that the rep I talked to on the phone wanted to charge me a fee for my first withdrawal ever!

Today 9-6 I called to make another withdrawal and the rep I talked to on the phone I didnt get her name told me I get one free withdrawal every 30 DAYS! but she is not oging to charge me this time!

Well, I just logged in to my account and guess what????
She has charged me $25

After I read your replies in this topic I opened an account there but it seems like that was a mistake!

Do you guys make up new rules every day!

Larry,
Please advise your clerk NOT to hang up on me next time I ask where my money is.

You have the WORST CS in the history of Offshore (yes, even worse than SIA)

I recommend NOT playing at FF.
