Yes, I do consider the behavior of a book's representatives when looking at a book. Why wouldn't a prudent person do that? The fact that either the owners KNOW that you make unprofessional posts and doesn't care or does not know that you do says something about the book.

Unfortunately, I cant say that I blame Scott....They get a lot of crap, after all they have done for the posters here...We are lucky to get books to sponsor so many contests for us here...Its just FREE money......

I have also won contest funds from them on occasion, also, never a hassle, always paid very quick....It surprises me not to see more of the people who have benefited from their contests and presence here to mention it....

Seems to me, if you are unhappy with a book being down, or bad lines, or too much vig, instead of bashing them on the forum, the most harm you could do to them, would be to take your business elsewhere....That is what any book is here for, advertisement, to recruit new players.....If you dont go to them, then you are hurting them more....No need to make personal attacks on them in the forum...

I can understand Scott's frustration.Having shots taken at you by posters who have probably never even played at your book sucks.Scott,you know I love you like a brother,so a bit of advice.You have to keep your cool at times like these.Not saying I would,but that is what is required in your position.Blowing up does your shop no good.Also getting into pissing matches with guys that are not gonna listen to your point of view anyway does no good.It just makes you and your book look bad.Answer the people with legitimate questions and concerns to the best of your ability.As for the posters that are merely trying to stir shit up,ignore them.Most of the posters here are intelligent and can see posts for what they are.The books that post[there are fewer and fewer and I understand why]that garner respect,are the one ones that conduct themself with restraint and dignity while under fire.I hope you and your book the best and hope to have a beer with you in the near future. How many other companies let their customers or protential customers see inside their business or maketing plans. Only here is where the customer can see all, voice all and in the end have the opportunity to give valid info or destroy all do to agendas and personal vendettas.

FYI I requested a payout today with no problem or hassles from BHB. In my opinion, this is a standup honorable book. They are getting screwed by criminals beyond their control (the Dos attack outfit) and that should not be held against them. They could have easily folded tent and ran off with our money, but they are doing the honorable thing and staying and paying.

the head of BHB paid me on time AS ALWAYS today. If anyone can post saying BHB doesn't pay than I will call Bullshit on your part.
