BHB-

Have you ever noticed that while gambling and you happen to be on a rush EVERYONE is your friend. When you lose a couple of bets the crowds and FREE LOADERS seem to disappear.

This is what I see with your site. I remember at one time you guys would flood the board with comments, answering players SPECIFIC questions PERSONALLY within a matter of minutes. SPONSORING contest after contest trying to induce players to join your book. Trying to appease the masses to no avail.

NOW, when something goes wrong all the FREE LOADERS are pilling on and just trying to make their pathetic lives seem more meaningful. You have to remember two(2) things BHB that will put this entire situation into perspective.

1) The people who are complaining/whining DON'T even have an account with your book.

2) The people who are complaining/whining are SO UNHAPPY WITH THEIR PATHETIC EXISTENCE that they take pleasure is bringing others down.

Your main customer base is not at the RX so don't fret about all the childish and jealous comments being slung at your company

i DID have a account with BHB. i did not say jab comments or say anything negative about the book until scott/justin jumped my shit for bringing something to their attention.

i am not telling everyone to make these comments. mine in on the site being down only! no payment issues.

but not it is also based on thier customer service. i was told to settle down, and to quit bitching...ABOUT WHAT? me settle down, scott/justin is the one that jumped in here spouting off at the mouth.

shick quatro, scott/justin seems to be the one with a problem in their life. they can't take a little critism from a forum??

like i said before BHB, good luck with whatever you are dealing with. i am sorry about the trust fund comment. this whold DOS attack thing can test a book, and it is putting yours through the test now. i wish you the best.

1) I'm sorry that your team is going to be eliminated from the playoffs today in a matter of hours!!!

2) You have every right to voice your opinion on the situation. I am just GENERALIZING what the majority of the posters are all about.

3) BHB does try very hard to appease their clients WHILE AT THE SAME TIME ACTING VERY UNPROFESSIONAL with their "tone of voice."

The situation is sticky and the pile has already begun to be jumped upon. BHB is trying to deflect the criticism with a harsher than necessary demeanor.

BUT STILL, not one payout complaint!!!

All the bitching/moaning from the FREE LOADERS but all the players are getting paid!! It seems that the true players are able to get their bets in and get their money. AND THAT'S ALL THAT COUNTS(PERIOD)

I just woke up. and the first thing i did was come to check the rx. lol. Ken you really do have something going here with this site.

anyway, some of you guys are right. i do have a bad temper. i do post rude things. lucky for you, im not the one that handles your money. i only promote the book.

how about a little props for all the views this thread got. after all, real players dont base what book to play with solely on "the marketing guys" posts. they normally base it on payouts, and financial stability. as for customer service. maybe im a little too harsh sometimes. luckily i dont work in the customer service department. in fact, none of you will even get me on the phone unless you are transferred. the only interaction you guys have with me is this site. and the message is clear - BHB pays. no matter whats going on with our site.

daily reminders of the site being down - good idea. BELIEVE ME, i wish i thought of this before. could have saved me a ton of angry posts.

party boys - yes we are. nothing i ove more than being over the top drunk, and sliding into a new POA. luckily we only PROMOTE the site. we are NOT the ones who handle your money. Also, if the real management/owners of BHB were party boys, i dont think they would have had the foresight to move to Panama. (thats were we are if you didnt know) Nor would they have been able to set up an AMAZING office. MVP is the financial backing of BHB, thats why there has never been ANY comlaints of payouts or anything like that.

I like to think of the combo as a Doctor Dre / Eminem relationship. With the solid financial backing and contacts that MVP has, I get to tell people to "blow it out their asses" and dont have to hold back.

I hope you all understand those comments are only directed to the posters who are attacking my personal character, and hinting thats theres more to these attacks than DoS.

Anyone playing with a book who has representatives who would post some of the things above should have their heads examined. If you personally know the guys from BHB and they are "stand up guys" then fine but to not know them and to play there when this guy CONTINUALLY posts rants that are unprofessional is insane.

Any book can just come in here and offer you guys politically correct responses. Smiling while they steal your money. Go ahead and play with them.

Just like when a books going under, they make up excuses and kiss your guys' ass. Then they vanish.
