When I took moncrief he has the 25th wr off the board. I'm pretty confident he will outperform that.

Yea it was nuts. basically no decent wr left after round 4

Thats why I took Ezekial. it was either him or the 9th ranked wr.

Do you think fleener and Brees will get things worked out? taking him over Delanie walker was one of my toughest decisions

I would've taken Bell over Elliott and gotten D Will later probably

And I definitely would've gone Walker over Fleener. Not a Fleener fan at all. Yeah he is in a good spot, but usually you have to be NFL caliber to be good in fantasy.

i def would have taken Bell but he was already gone. my first pick was a no brainer with who was left.

For Fleener, I just kept thinking about Ben Watson last year. And some of the recent medical stuff going on with Delanie is a little concerning. plus, Brees is throwing to one Mariotta is throwing to the other. The upside for fleener is ungodly. much lower floor, but skies the limit on the ceiling.

not saying I'm right but that was my thought process. my draft next week could be totally different. hoping I don't get stuck picking last again for sure. A top 3 pick sure would be nice.

why reach for Zek when you could of got as him as a steal in round 2 at 13

Nelson was the right pick in round 1 at 12

does your league give extra credit points to 1st rounders :think2:

You kicked ass on your draft.
Well done.
Fleener gonna be top 3 TE at least.
Maybe even number 1

Gronk and Reed get hurt

Brees turned the NE castoff almost into 1000/10 last season.

He is NFL caliber

He is bigger and faster then Graham.

Yea he dropped passes but brees special passes get dropped less then Lucks.
Hes magic like that.

Ill put money up on a bet that JC makes the final 4.

Your league was idiots letting Elliot drop that much.

You got a top 3 pick with the last pick.

you sure chop. the team analyzer thing ranked me 7th in my league. I don't put much stock into that tho since it ranked me 1st last year and I didn't even make playoffs

There are a lot of assumptions that I need to come through. Like fleener living up to potential, a rookie rb without his starting qb, Jordy nelson coming back strong, tyrod taylor breaking out like I think etc

Watson went 800-6

His #'s weren't close to Walker's and Mariotta should be better this year than last year.

Fleener just isn't that good. He had 1 pretty good year with the Colts when Luck had 40 TD's. Maybe through sheer volume he can putup a solid fantasy season but I could also see him just being a big bust.

You want a sleeper TE that is basically free? He won't go crazy but Jared Cook is under the radar with the Packers. Very similar player to Jermichael Finley and had a good preseason. Could see him being a top 7-8 TE and he isn't even being drafted.

Cruise did I read something wrong? You didn't say Bell was taken top 11.

Walker is also getting old and already dealing with health issues this preseason. Plus that rookie WR is busting out in Tennessee and could steal Targets. I wouldn't be surprised if Mariotta regresses some this year.

yeah I don't like Walker a ton either but he hasn't had good QB play really his entire career and is coming off a career year with Mariota. He isn't a very sexy pick but he gets the job done.

I like Dwayne Allen some in Indy with Fleener gone, but he is a really good blocker and their OL always sucks so he might not do as much. Unless I got a top guy, I'd probably punt TE and try to piece it together with J Graham/Cook/Allen/M Bennett types. J Thomas ADP for TE in the 8-9ish range is solid as well. He was good once he started playing last year, not as good in ppr though.

Also fwiw, that crazy WR run in Cruise league is more or less the correct startegy in full PPR.

Why .5ppr is a little better IMO. Wr's too much power in full nowadays.

BTW, Mike Wallace ADP right now is 57th among WR's. That is a steal.

Good chance he is the #1 WR for the Ravens. He is a 1 trick pony who didn't have a QB that could help him perform that trick for the past 3 years. Could see him really surprising people with a solid year. SSmith is old and off a bad injury and Perriman just seems like he isn't panning out like the Ravens had hoped. Flacco can throw that deep ball.

I wanted him really bad but someone snagged him about 3 picks before I was about to. Flacco loves him
