Will - I wouldn't call you a prickly shill over this but down here in the Rubber Room the core of guys will usually tell you like it is. Not as much polish as the showcase forum (Off-shore) as they like to call it. I have no beef with you and I hope you know that Will, in fact I was a fan of Hollywood truth be known but just seems kind of silly for a book rep to come in and tell us how much someone here bets and or wins. Especially a tout who is here to sell his plays to other posters. And while you say you aren't shilling but only telling the truth I have to disagree with that as well. I've already told you what a poster does at any one book is completely irrelevant providing he has more than one out and I'm sure down here almost every one of us do. Hell I could be betting 10k at your site and 10k at another site for an 8 cent scalp for all you know. In fact I may hit on your side on a frequent basis, you could come to the forums and say so and so is beating us for $250,000 and it may even be true but it is not the full story. The same guy probably lost $240,000 to the other books he may have been scalping through.
Bottom line is I see no reason for you to enter wars between posters. It's like talking politics, 50% may love you but 50% will hate you as well. Since you are speaking up for Dogball do you think I am behind NAB and Lance and I were the one's that scammed the players as he alleges? LOL. Not wanting to restart a war but that is one of many things that I did according to him. So yeah he talks nicely of your book but he also talks highly of Pro 5, ask him if you don't believe me. We all know who is behind Pro 5 and if someone doubts me drop me an e-mail and I will fill you in.
Anyway no big deal and I apologize if I am busting your balls. You speak up for anyone you want but I have the right to change my mind about you guys as well. You have done good things here and I do enjoy your book but not sure I agree with you propping up people who sell plays here. More surprised than disappointed but do what you have to do Will. I know I'm only one guy but I agree with Bucfan who posted above, not sure I want to be playing at books who speak out for touts in order to help them sell their plays. Just my opinion.
