I dunno, if he's already got three strikes against him, then why is he not banned at this moment?

He was, two weeks ago. Management reversed the decision to ban Doc. That's all I can say.

Judging from the poll numbers it would seem the issue is far from clear-cut, don't ya think?

That depends on who is voting for what. Care to wager how many ghosts are voting to keep Doc here?

Stucco and his other butbuddy CC are with him. They never added anything to this forum. Not sure what Stucco ever brought to this forum. CC started out OK but as he began being Doc's biggest cheerleader he became a phony as he would act like a man of god yet go along with all the hatefull shit that moron would spew. Bye to all them flammers.

You can think what you want - I never attacked you or anyone else here. Your credibility is ZERO. You accused me of being a child molester and never even had the decency of apologizing. Your pot calling the kettle black is ridiculous and anything you say is so tainted. How you were not banned for your many offenses of a foul mouth and lies is beyond explanation.

Not a computer wiz, but can't Wil or someone identify ghost and prevent them from voting. If not, how about ghosts voting for the ban? Just curious.

Prevent them, no. Unless the ghost is caught in advance. But those votes can be eliminated from consideration. All of that will be Wil's call, however. I have nothing to do with this poll, only in here stating my opinions and giving background info.

Nimue, why don't you actually read the forums. He is the most hated poster and he is the last one to respond to just about every thread. He barely gets any replies to any of his threads and he's still new over there. Imagine how they'll react to him after he's been there for months.

I used to post over there a little when I was on post review here. Of course nobody responds to threads, they don't have very many posters - especially that visit their political forum. I remember seeing thread after thread after thread after thread from that idiot dirty with 0 responses. I believe docs time over there is one of the factors that has improved that forum and brough more responses.

If you know for sure that there are more Doc ghosts than anti-Doc ghosts, then there's not a lot more I can say. Surely you have more access to this type of info. than I have, so I would be a fool to wager against you.

Based on unbiased poll results, however, my point is that we are closer to middle ground than we are to one of the extremes, so the Rx can maximize its equity in the ordeal by largely removing itself from the decision-making process, leaving it instead to the participants.

My point is really nothing more than a suggestion, so if you don't go with it, no big deal, at least I tried :)

Doc sent in his "resignition" to Wil. If he hasn't done something like this before then I think he may be really done. It's been a rough couple of weeks, but it usually has to get worse before it gets better.

How do you know what it is about for the "several" posters that have e-mailed you and Wil complainign about doc. You're darned right it's about his political views. To think anything else is naive.

Bullshit its about Political views. Im a Democrat and I think Doc spams too much. Thats what some of you dont seem to understand, its not the righties cant take it. Its the Lefties are getting annoyed with this shit too!!

The point is he rejected it then...why would he go for it now?

Maybe he'd go for it if enough effort were made on a two-sided deal in which he'd have a fair shot at keeping his posting privileges, no?

If you think he'd fail that, at least he'd have been given a fair chance to redeem himself, it would clearly be his own fault, and there would be no blame placed on the Rx.

That's got to be an improvement over banning him without such an opportunity, no?

Let's see...as we write it's 46 to 35 against the good Doc Mullah. Are we sure Diebold isn't involved in this rigged vote? Where's Robert Kennedy Jr when you need him? Probably out fighting the windmill farm on Nantucket with Ted.

Isn't 46 to 35 actually a victory for people like Doc?...sort of like Busby in California? And don't our whacky liberal friends hate keeping score? Why it might offend someone...there could be a loser....everyone should be equal shouldn't they?

Have to run...me and Nimue are looking into the "controlled explosions" at the WTC and after that me and Doc are going to help OJ look for the real killer.

Already been done. Not sure how many times a person needs to be suspended before you can truly agree that they've been given ample opportunity to improve and keep their posting priviledges. Aren't four suspensions, seven+ email warnings, five or so public warnings, and 400+ spam posts dumped to the RR enough?

Agreed, a ban is justified and has been for quite a while.

Thats what alot of the newer posters in this thread do not understand.

Some of the posters voting have never started a thread at this forum.

This is not about moderators stifling a poster and it isnt totally about political views.

I as often as not agree with topics Doc posts...especially 9-11.
